Her Name Is Fizzy | Chapter 6

Addie was woken up with a gentle shake.

"Hey." She heard El softly say as he shook her. "We're getting dinner. Come on."

She let out a small groan. "Where are we?" She muttered as she looked over at El.

"We're at Panera." He told her as he poured some water onto a napkin and wiped the dried tear streaks that were still on her cheeks. "The others are already inside."

It took the two a few minutes to get inside, as Addie insisted to talk to El about earlier. By then, the others had already ordered and were now waiting for both them and their food.

After getting their food, the five took the most closed off table they could find so they could discuss what their plans were.

"Well obviously we can't just knock on the door and say 'Hey, we heard you're going to start the apocalypse. Please don't do that." Ate said with a small breath. "We have to figure out a smart but hopefully unsuspicious way of bringing it up."

"We'll probably need to call to set up an appointment." Sophie said. "So we need the oldest to set up the appointment."

"I can do that." Lilia said. She was the oldest after all, almost being out of the teens.

"Great." Addie said. "We just need to figure out the right way to say it."

"Easy!" A new voice said, causing the others to jump. They watched as a brunette pulled a chair up and sat down. She was no older than maybe seventeen. "You say that you overheard someone talking about it so you wanted to question them about it. Then if they're asses about it, keep pushing. They'll probably bribe you with something to be quiet about it. You can say you want more information about it."

"Who the hell are you?" El was the first to pipe up a moment later.

"Oh, I'm so sorry!" The girl smiled and rested her elbows on the table. "That was completely my fault. I was raised better than that. Most call me Fizzy."
