Tatum's POV:
My boyfriend held onto my hips as I stood on his skateboard. I giggled and squealed as I almost fell off, but Ross caught me. He chuckled at me and helped me stand back up straight. He made me push off with my foot and finally after a million tries, I successfully made it 10 feet without falling off. Ross cheered and lifted me up off the ground, spinning around with me in his arms.
I smiled as he placed my feet back on the ground again. He pecked my lips and picked up his board, grasping my hand and intertwining our fingers.
"Alright, I thinks that's enough practice for today," he said, laughing. He looked so beautiful today. His hair was messy, but hot, just the way I like it. He was wearing his usual ripped skinny jeans with his Living Kills tee and his beat up black converse. What more could a girlfriend ask for?
His honey colored orbs stared into mine, looking a bit anxious about something. But what could it be?
"Is everything alright?"
He blinked his eyes and shook his head, and stopped staring into my eyes. He bit his lip and nodded and began walking back home with me. I stopped him in our tracks and placed my hand on his cheek. I gave him a look and he knew it was time to fess up.
"Tatum, we need to tell your dad about our relationship," he simply said, looking down at the ground.
My eyes widened at my boyfriend and I shook my head quickly. He looked back up at me and nodded, placing his hand on my cheek this time. I swallowed the lump in my throat and coughed out the question, "why?"
"Because Tatum, I feel guilty. You're dad is a nice guy, and he cares about you a lot. He deserves to know who his little girl is dating. His only daughter," he explained, holding my hand.
"Is this about me being little? Are you trying to break us up? Do you not want to be with me anymore? If you don't, just say it, we don't need to bring my dad into this," I said, tearing up. Well why else would he put it like that?
"No, no of course not! I love you baby, I want to be with you, no one else."
"Well then why would you-"
"We had sex Tatum. Our relationship is moving so fast, and of course I love it, but if I don't meet your dad, I mean what will he think in 5 months if we tell him. We have already kept it a secret for 4 months, I think it's time, babygirl," he sighed.
I sighed as well, defeated. He was absolutely right. Even thought I really didn't want my dad to find out, I guess it was the right thing to do. And he'd most likely be even madder if we keep it from him longer. I just don't want him to break us up. Ross is my everything and I can't lose him.
"Ok, ok fine. We'll tell him," I shifted my eyes. Ross pulled my chin up and made me look into his eyes. He put a smile on his face. Damn, he knows that when he smiles, I smile. So that's exactly what I did.
"There it is," he winked.

I opened the door to my house, Ross trailing behind me. On the ride here he seemed fairly nervous, it was very noticeable. But I was nervous too. I can't take anymore suspense. I can't take anymore pressure. This needs to get done and over with.
My mom was siting at the kitchen table preparing my father's coffee. He's always drank it throughout the day, including dinner time. My mother smiled at the sight of her so called 'favorite couple' arriving in her household.
