Dally's P.O.V
As I was walking to the Curtis house I had one thing on my mind, Amanda. I know that I just met her but I would love her to be my girl. She had such a beautiful smile. But any ways I decided to stop day dreaming and pick up my pace. When I arrived at the Curtis house I stumbled on something and since the door is unlocked the door swung open. That's not a dramatic affect at all. But I caught my fall and acted cool.
I noticed that Amanda was sitting down so I decided to sit down right next to her.
Hey Amanda, and I noticed right then she was reading something.
Hey she replied back still in to the book.
What book are you reading.
After a few seconds she replied back Gone With the Wind. I love this book so much. I found this copy just lying around. Do you know who's this is?
Oh yeah it's Pony's I replied back. He always reads it and won't stop talking about it.
Hey I was wondering if you would like to sit with me when we go to the nightly double later tonight with the Gang?
After a few seconds Amanda said YES with a very funny face. She seemed excited and I felt happy inside.
Amanda's P.O.V
After being surprised by Soda I decided to walk around the house and search for a book. I eventually found GONE WITH the Wind. I decided to read the book for the millionth time, just because the story never gets old. Then all of a sudden the door sung open and Dallas came stumbling in, but he saved his fall and acted like nothing happened. I went back to my book, then Dallas sat right next to me. OMG the Dallas Winston decided to sit next to me. Soon after he asked me to sit next to him when we all go to the nightly double. I am sooooo excited and I could tell he was too by his reaction.
Soda's P.OV
While I was watching Mikey and trying to ignore Darry I overheard Dallas asking Amanda to sit next to him at the nightly double we are all going to see later. Shoot, I missed my chance. I really want Amanda to be my girl but it looks like Dallas does too. Maybe I could sit with both of them but that may just be awkward. Think Soda think!!!
