Lana's P.O.V
"MARINAAAA, I'M WAITING." Lafina yelled and rolled her eyes. I gave a little laugh, she looked and sounded exactly like I imagined Marina was a couple of years ago. She even had her attitude. We were both ready to go to the mall but Marina, as always, was still busy getting ready.
My makeup routine is usually quite quick, and I could get dressed fast because I never really had the problem of deciding what to wear. For Marina though, she usually tries on like five outfits before she finally decides what to wear, and she goes full out with the makeup. I kinda wish I could be like that, more girly. But I've never really been good with makeup, so thats probably why I don't wear as much as she does.
Marina wore a black crop top and a matching short skirt, along with her favorite high heels. I normally wear a band shirt, a pair of old jeans, and sneakers. But today I decided to wear a black skirt instead of jeans. I thought I looked pretty good.
Marina ran as fast as she could down the passage, stopping to use the living room mirror to apply the last of her makeup. "Sorrryyyy! I'm almost ready." she said. Marina's mom sat on the couch in the lounge drinking her morning coffee. "When you get back Marina, we have to seriously talk about your and Lana's future. High school is almost over for you two, you need to start applying to colleges." she said and took a sip of her coffee. Marina nodded in agreement while applying her mascara. "Okay I'm ready!" she smiled. I grabbed her car keys and we left the house. "Do you want me to drive?" she asked. "Nah it's cool, unless you want to?" I replied. Marina shrugged, I threw her the car keys.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was showing. Lafina was a huge Harry Potter fan, so we decided to go see it. Marina and I stood in the queue for tickets, Marina gave her sister $20 to buy our food. Marina's hand looked for mine and she gently entwined our fingers. She kissed me softly on the lips. "God Lana, you get more beautiful every day." She giggled. Embarrassed, my face turned red. People in the queue were staring at us. We bought the tickets and went back over to Lafina to help her carry our food. We sat down in our seats and I started eating my popcorn. The lights dimmed because the movie was about to begin. "You know, this is the first movie we've seen together." I said. "Mmmm." Marina replied in agreement, and stroked the inside of my thigh. It was unexpected, the sensation gave me goosebumps. I placed my hand on her thigh and did the same. She leaned over and gave me a kiss, I held it there a bit longer, her tongue found its way into my mouth. I bit her bottom lip gently and pulled it, Marina moaned. "We'll finish this later." I said seductively. Marina nodded.
