Lana's P.O.V
Marina and I were sitting at her keyboard, trying to write a song. It was our assignment for music, we had to come up with a good song that Marina and I would then have to sing as a duet. "Lafina could you turn the TV down please?" Marina asked her little sister, for the umpteenth time. I could see she was starting to get annoyed. Lafina was watching iCarly on Nickelodeon.
"But I can't hear what they're saying cause you make too much noise!" She pouted. Marina gave her an angry look. "Kay fine." Lafina said as she finally gave in to Marina.
"Okay." Marina sighed. "I think the song turned out great! Now we just need to practice it! You ready?" "Mmm hmm." I replied.
Marina played the first chord and we started hummig the intro.

Then it was my turn.

Marina and I harmonised together.

I smiled at her, she was perfect. The song was perfect!
*I actually had the demo version of simplify in mind but I couldn't find it on YouTube :( if you have it, that's great cause its the version I could picture Marina and Lana singing together*
