Impatience kills me.
I can wait,
But not forever and not for you.
Why do you forget?
If you really cared about me, you would not forget.
I would be all you think about.
EVERYTHING you think about.
Your every thought will lead to me and only me.
Whatever you look at should remind you of me.
It should—well, I wish it should.
I stare at the phone until it finally rings,
But all it does is stare back with a blank expression,
Screaming at me, "He does not like you!"
Negative thoughts fill in my brain.
He does not like you, he never did, and he never will.
Give it up, a forgetful boyfriend is not worth it.
He is no good, bad news, trouble.
Apart of me knows it is not true,
But the other part knows it could be true.
I do not want to wait anymore.
That is all I ever do now,
Just reckless,
Annoying,
And disappointing.
But I wanted to know you cared, that you changed...for me.
I guess not.
And I only wanted one thing:
For you to call back.
