"I think that was one of the least unpleasant times I've had dining with a guest in a while," Ciel told Sebastian as he buttoned his nightshirt. "She's one of the few I can say I don't mind."
"Yes," Sebastian agreed. "She has quite a bit of charm."
There was a slight pause. "Why do you think she reacted like that when I mentioned Elizabeth?"
"It probably struck a suppressed memory," Sebastian guessed. "Though, I'd say it was the part about her being your fiancé that stunned her."
"Then perhaps she has a fiancé," Ciel mused. "If we knew his name, surely we could locate her family. But all we know is her first name, a basic estimate of her status, the languages she speaks, and the brand of her childhood toys..."
"We still made progress tonight," Sebastian assured him. "If it doesn't bother you, I believe you should continue to have dinner with her. Helping her relax and engaging in conversations is a good way for someone to recall forgotten memories."
"I agree with the idea..." Ciel mumbled as he laid back into his bed. "She..." he trailed off.
