The whole day Kihyun was in the worst possible mood. It irritated him that not only did he have to cover up for whatever stupid thing Changkyun had done, but he also couldn't get the thought of how close Changkyun was to his face earlier out of his head. Couldn't he of asked him questions from a respectable distance? Even though the thought of kissing Changkyun had crossed Kihyun's mind a couple times, those thoughts were always thrown away as soon as they appeared. Changkyun was bad news, everyone knew that. While Kihyun wasn't one to judge by rumors, he did have first hand experience of Changkyun. The small teen jumped when an arm was slung across his shoulder. He looked up to see short blonde hair and huffed.

"Gwenchanayo KiKi?" Hoseok asked. The stupid nickname ticked him off more, but he sighed, not wanting to lash out at another friend. His mind drifted off to when he had snapped at Jungkook, the young male apologizing with tears in his eyes. All of this because of stupid Changkyun. He felt Hoseok poke his shoulders and shook his head.

"Ne. Just tired that's all." Kihyun mumbled, faking a yawn.

"Arasso. How's I.M.?" Hoseok asked. The nickname taking a few seconds to register in his mind.

"Fuck if I know, or care." Kihyun growled.

"Aish. No need to keep snapping at us. I think Jungkook is upset enough." At this Kihyun slumped his shoulders. He felt horrible. Jungkook was only a freshman at their college while the rest were sohpmores, juniors, and seniors. Kihyun would text him later and male it up to him. Kihyun felt the warmth of his friends arm leave him, sending a shiver down his spin at the cold air that hit his bare neck. He watched as Hoseok ran over to Hyungwon and placed a sweet kiss on his boyfriends lips. Kihyun instantly thought of Changkyun and groaned.

Kihyun walked into the small coffee shop and clocked in. He wrapped his apron around his waist, grabbing his note pad and pen, and heading to the first table.

Kihyun's afternoon shift passed by slowly. As he was cleaning up and almost ready to grab his things and leave. He heard the bell of the shop door ring.

"Mianhae but we're closed." Kihyun said politely, before turning he felt something cold press against the back of his head. He tensed and felt his blood run cold.

"You live next door to Changkyun right?" The deep voice said, Kihyun swallowed hard but remained silent. Where was Changkyun? He always walked the small boy home. Kihyun was in charge of closing the shop every night and normally he'd walk outside and Changkyun would be waiting. So where was he tonight? He felt the gun push harder into his skull and winced.

"I asked you a question!" The voice boomed, causing Kihyun to whimper in fear. Before words could leave his mouth, the cold metal suddenly left his head, preparing for the worst, Kihyun closed his eyes. Once realizing he wasn't dead he turned around to see a man in all black, repeatedly beating the intruder. In a panic, Kihyun pushed the red emergency button that laid on the opposite side of the counter, as a small beep was heard, the man snapped his head toward Kihyun, but Kihyun only caught a glimpse of the same eyes he had been staring into that morning.
