Blake^^
Blake's pov
"Yo yo" Calum greeted as Luke and I walked into the studio one day. He had his bass slung around his shoulder and was strumming some random keys while aimlessly walking around. "How was meeting the fam?" He asked, sending a smirk my way.
"That was like two weeks ago" I reminded him, scrunching my eyebrows together in confusion. "But it was good" I added with a light laugh as I turned back to Luke, who just shook his head in amusement.
"I still can't believe you guys are together" Michael randomly commented from inside the recording studio.
"Yeah me either" Ashton said, "you don't seem like a couple" he added with a chuckle as he sat down at his drum set. I saw Calum nodding in agreement out of the corner of my eye.
"What do you mean?" I asked, flashing Luke a semi-confused glance.
"Cuz you know" Michael started off, looking to the guys for support. "You don't do 'couples' stuff" he said using air quotes.
"What does that even mean?" I asked with a laugh. I turned back to Luke but he didn't seem as confused as he was a second ago.
"Ohh" Luke smiled. "You mean we aren't all lovey in public" Luke stated, rather than asked. He sounded fairly confident in his answer.
"Yeah like there's no PDA" Michael shrugged, looking at me like I was doing it all wrong. "I mean I'm not complaining" he added quickly, "it's just weird that you don't do it"
"Yeah well Blake isn't affectionate or 'warm and cozy'"Calum replied to his statement bluntly. "No offense" he added, turning back to me.
"Couldn't have said it better myself" I shrugged, honestly. It wasn't something that could really be hidden anyway- it's pretty sensible amongst someone's personality.
"Yeah but Luke is warm and cozy" Ashton countered with a goofy grin. "I mean look at him" Ashton motioned towards Luke who stood next to me. Luke's outfit contradicted Ashton's words, as he was wearing a leather jacket and ripped skinny jeans- not to mention the pierced lip and tousled hair.
"Yeah super charming" Calum mocked. "It's usually the girls who are all clingy but since Blake isn't-"
"Ok are we going to talk about how cold hearted I am or are you going to play me some songs?" I interrupted Calum and sat down in the leather spinning chair.
"Your not cold hearted" Luke defended, "just cold blooded" he teased, before kissing my temple.
"See? Told you" Ashton goaded. I rolled my eyes playfully and opened up the song book. I flipped through some pages to find a song that I hadn't heard yet.
"What's Vapor?" I asked, skimming the lyrics over.
"My favorite" Luke exasperated through the mic. "We'll play it for you"
"Course you had to choose the song that only Luke sings in" Calum scoffed, shaking his head in my direction.
"So then play me one where only you sing next, Hood" I remarked, cocking my eyebrow, challengingly.
He nodded his head, "if you insist. Ready?" I took the headphones from the counter and put them over my ears. Leaning back, I crossed my legs in the big chair and pulled the lyrics book into my lap so I could read along as they played.
