Calum's pov

"Oh I left my phone in the car" Luke snapped, stopping in his tracks. "I'll meet you inside" he called, jogging back towards the parking lot.

"Ok" I called back, and opened the door to the studio building. I checked to make sure he wasn't looking and then sprinted towards the recording studio as fast as I could. I slowed my steps as I approached the door and flung it open quickly.

"Guys" I breathed hastily as I approached the recording booth. I lowered the mic volume before entering so that the producers wouldn't hear.

"You good mate?" Ashton asked, giving Mike a confused look.

"Shh" I hushed him, knowing Luke was probably right behind me. "Please tell me you haven't talked to Blake since yesterday" I directed my pleas at Michael.

"No why-"

"You can't bring up the kiss" I told them, cutting Michael off. "I was talking to Luke this morning and he didn't say anything, so he must not want us to know yet" I explained.

"Why?" Mike asked, confused once again.

"Yeah we don't care" Ashton claimed.

"I dunno, he's been really different around her so I think he must really like her a lot." I suggested, "so just don't bring it up" I told them frankly. "He'll tell us when he's ready"

"Alright," Ashton shrugged. "Where is Luke anyway?" He asked.

"He forgot his phone, but he should be right behind-" the door swung open, revealing Luke, smiling down at his phone.

"Yo" he greeted, sliding his phone in his pocket and then readjusted his SnapBack.

"Someone's happy" Michael scoffed into the mic and put his guitar strap on. I elbowed him hard in the side, mentally yelling at him for ignoring my previous lecture.

"Had a lot of coffee" Luke stated as his excuse as he entered the booth with his guitar. "Are we practicing the new song?" He asked, referring to our new single, Girls Talk Boys, written for the new Ghostbusters movie.

"Yeah" I replied casually as I strapped the bass around my shoulder and positioned it comfortably around my neck.

"Ready?" Ashton asked, sitting down at his drum set.

"Let's go"

Blake's pov

"That was hilarious" I commented with a small laugh as Luke and I strolled out of the theater. He opened the door to outside allowing me to step outside first, for which I then thanked him.

"Kevin Heart was the best" he commented with a huge smile, to which I agreed. It had been about two more weeks since our first date and since then, we had been out one other time, aside from today, making this our third date.

"Thank you" I smiled, "for today" I added, "I had a lot of fun"

"I did too" he agreed. "And you know, this was the third date" he smiled down at my cheekily as we approached his car.
