It was a rainy morning. Maine was on her to broadway for Eat Bulaga, of course. It was not the morning she was used to. Alden never fails to pick her up from her house in Bulacan para sabay silang pumuntang broadway. It became a routine for both of them kaso this morning, wala siya.

Alden is currently attending a funeral, that's why he will not be able to appear on Eat Bulaga. His friend's wife died because of a sudden car accident. She was dead on arrival. Alden, a good friend that he is, was there for his friend. In his black polo, he approached his friend.

"Hey, condolence. I am truly sorry for what happened" Alden said while tapping the back of his good old friend.

"Salamat pare. Alam ko busy ka, pero salamat kasi nakarating ka"

"Ano ka ba, you've known me before pa ko magshowbiz, walang makakapantay dun" he said back and smiled.

Naglakad sila at sabay na pumunta sa himlayan. Parehas nilang narating yun at parehas silang natahimik habang tinitignan ang namayapang asawa ng kaibigan.

"Alam mo, I never had the chance to tell her how much I loved her"
His friend said. Alden looked at his friend.

"Lagi kong sinasabi sa kanyang I love her, pero I never had the chance to prove it to her completely"

"Ano ka ba, pinakasalan mo nga siya at naging masaya kayo, I guess she knows that you love her that much"

"Maybe. Pero ngayon, parang hindi sapat. And I swear if I ever had that chance again, I will prove it to her each and everyday of my life"

Alden realized something on what he's friend said. He quickly said his goodbye and condolences once again, before he leave at that instant.

He got inside his car, grabbed his phone and dialed Maine's number.

Maine was already on the parking of broadway when her phone rang.

"Hey, I thought you were at the funeral pa? Its disrespectful to---"

"MAINE NASAN KA?!"

Maine was shocked at the tone of her boyfriend's voice.

"Bakit? May nangyari ba? Okay ka lang ba?"

"SAGUTIN MO NA LANG AKO PLEASE!"

"NASA PARKING NG BROADWAY. BAKIT BA?"

Maine stated to panic. She has no idea kung bakit ganito ang asal ni Alden.

"Okay ganto, pumasok ka ng broadway. Antayin mo ko sa lounge, dun ka lang Maine ha!"

"Bakit ba kasi? Ano ba RJ?"

"Basta hintayin mo ko don! Dun lang ha. Wag na wag kang aalis"

Alden dropped the call and drove as fast as he could to get to broadway.

Maine was in the artists' lounge when Alden ran and opened the door. Everyone in the room turned their attention to Alden.

"MAINE? MAINE? NASAN SI MAINE?"

"Huy RJ nandito ako, ano ka ba. Ano bang nangyayari sayo?"

Alden ran to his side and put both of his hands on her shoulder.

"MAINE I LOVE YOU! NARIRINIG MO BA KO? MAHAL NA MAHAL KITA MAINE"

"RJ did you--"

"MAINE, LAHAT GAGAWIN KO PARA MAPARAMDAM SA'YO YAN ARAW-ARAW. HA MAINE? MAINE? MAINE HAYAAN MO KO HA?"

"RJ ano bang--"

"Aalagaan kita, mamahalin kita, papakasalan kita, kahit bukas. Maine ha? Uy maine, sumagot ka naman"

"Pano ako--"

"Uy meng, baby ko, mahal ko, love ko, honey ko, sweetypie ko, sagot--"

"RJ PANO AKO MAGSASALITA KUNG PINUPUTOL MO KO LAGI?!"

All the dabarkads in the room just laughed amusingly because of the two.

"RJ, did you ran this quick just to say that?"

"Oo, ano kasi, ano..."

"Ano, RJ?"

"Ano...ayoko lang na pagsisihang di ko nasabi at napaparamdam ng enough sa'yo yun"

RJ said while turning his head down. Maine find this very very cute. She took a step back from RJ and opened her arms.

"Oh come here na"

RJ looked at her with question in his eyes.

"I said come here na"

Finally, RJ ran to her arms and gave her a tight tight hug. Its as if he never want to let go.

"I love you too, RJ....so much"

Maine whispered.
