I enter the club and the music automatically hits me. The loud thumping of the bass runs through my body. Almost all eyes lock in on me as I make my way through the crowded dance floor. Bodies grazing and grinding into each other. Hands roaming and groping. Drinks are everywhere, even though I know for sure more than half of these kids can’t drink legally. Technically by my looks I can’t drink either. But it’s not like I want to drink any alcohol anyways. It’s not really my... type, I guess you could say. I walk up to the bar and take a seat.
A pretty girl, with wild brown curls approaches me. she gives me a smile that I quickly return, before putting my drink order in. A bloody Mary. It suits me right? Sorry, if my humor is a bit sinister for you. The girl keeps talking to me and I catch that her name is Danielle. She really is gorgeous. I lean in and press my lips to her neck softly. She sighs in content and whimpers when I pull away.
“You wanna take this back to my place?” She asks seductively and before I can answer I smell something.
Or better yet someone. Their scent is intoxicating. Almost as if I need it. I have to find it. My thirst gets the best of me and I leave Danielle at the bar. I search for the smell and avoid getting grabbed by attractive guys and girls alike. The closer I get to it the more my mouth waters. This smell sending all of my senses on a frenzy as they try to lurk out my next victim. And then I find it. I find the amazing smell that’s had me searching like a madman for the past twenty minutes. My eyes zero in on him.
He has chocolate brown curls framing his face perfectly. Pale skin, but not as pale as mine. Once again with the dry humor, I apologize. He’s laughing and I can see his deep dimples the size of coins resting on his cheeks. And then it happens. His eyes lock with mine. There a light green and beautiful. I could stare into them all day. His pupils are blown to the size of saucers, and I can tell he is on something. I walk up to him and he licks hit bottom lip, it takes all I have not to pounce on him then and there.
“You wanna dance?” I ask and he gives me a slow nod as I drag him onto the dance floor.
We stand facing each other before I turn him. His back pressed against my chest. The dancing starts off slow. Him grinding onto me with light force. That is until I grip his waist tighter and pull him close to me. The sexiest growl escapes his lips as he grinds harder now. He rests his head on my shoulders and I can see his vein pulsating. I lick my lips and press them to his neck softly. The feeling of his warm blood running through his body. With him grinding and his intoxicating scent hitting me harder, I don’t know how much longer I will last.
I turn the curly haired boy around and he gives me a grin with a wink. I smirk and take his hand as I lead us through the crowd. It’s still just as packed and I have to keep a tight grip on his wrist so I don’t lose him. I take him out the back door and down a long alleyway. I press him up against the wall and force my lips to his. He moans in the kiss and grinds our crotches together. I can feel how hard he is and that only makes me smirk in the kiss. He tries to move his hands but I pin them to the wall causing him to whimper. I break the kiss first and stare into those green eyes.
“You’ve got a name love?” I whisper in his ear making him shudder.
“Harry.” His voice is deep and raspy as he tries to get his breathing controlled.
I nod and trail my lips down from his ear to his neck. I can feel his veins pumping on over time due to the lack of air he was receiving earlier. I run my tongue gently along the main vein that leads to the heart. Harry moans and I chuckle darkly to myself. I grip his wrist tighter and plant a few more soft kisses on his neck before I do it. I sink my teeth into him and he yells loudly. Or at least I thought it was him.
And then I realize I’m the only one yelling. His blood burns. Not the good kind either, like when you take a shot of whisky and how it feels when it’s running down your throat. This burn was like no other. Right when it touched my lips, it felt like my body was on fire. Like I was burning from the inside out. My eyes water and Harry looks stunned. He grips his neck and looks at the blood that’s trickling down the side of it. I compose myself as quickly as I can and push him back up against the wall.
“You don’t remember anything that just happened. You don’t remember me or that bite. The last thing you remember is entering the club isn’t that correct Harry.” I speak low and he nods as I compel him to forget everything. “Good.”
I let go of his wrist and walk quickly out the alley. When I’m sure I’m out of sight, I dash back to my home. I wipe my lips off to make sure his blood isn’t still on them. I have no idea what happened back there. I’ve never felt anything like that before.
