Chapter 2: 'Ooohhh, hunk-a-doodle-doo's cominggg'
Everything is in full swing. Loud music blaring from the speakers, almost wasted dudes and dudettes on the dance floor, Kate and Ashton grinding in all their glory, and the pretty photographer snapping away. She looked so in her element as her face lit up in pride as she sees the pictures she took.
I watch as she walks back to two more photographers, a boy and a girl, and she points them to a direction and they scuttle off. Katherine's fiery red hair swayed slightly as she looks around. Her dress complimenting her skin tone and as she looks about the room, her eyes find mine.
My breath hitches in my throat and my pulse quickens. She smiles ever so slightly and I look like an idiot just standing there, wine in hand the other in my pocket, gaping at her. She looks down at her feet, breaking eye contact, and I swear I saw her cheeks flush. What in the fountain pen's name is happening?
"Mmmhmm, just keep staring at her."
I snap my head to the side and see that I'm joined by my ever loving sisters. I groan and throw my head back a little. Can't I check out someone without my sisters suddenly appearing?
We watch as the girl clicks her professional camera around.
"She's pretty, I'll give you that."Annie mutters from beside me. The others nodded in approval.
"And she's not even wearing make up."Jamie and Janie sighs simultaneously.
Kate suddenly swats the back of my head. "What the hell are you waiting for? Grow some balls and ask her to dance!"
I glare at her sideways "That isn't as easy as you think, Kate. You women just have to stand there and wait for us guys to ask you out."
"Isn't that what she's doing now?" Celine rolls her eyes and points to where Katherine was standing, her arms folded over her chest.
She was bobbing her head slightly in time with the music and was clearly bored. Gosh, she looks good.
My sisters gave me a push in her direction. I start to walk up to her slowly but not after I glared at them. I straighten up my jacket and begin to walk purposely to her.
Okay, Eric. Time to swagger up and get to know mystery girl.
Wow. Did I just give myself pep talk?

The reception hall was even grander than the chapel looked like. I have never been to a wedding as grand and so rich in detail like this. I continue to snap photos for my portfolio and for the bride's copy.
There were about fifty tables here, a wide dance floor with a DJ booth at the side, The table of the bride and groom up front facing the guests, an open bar (which I might have to take on with Gab and Ella later), white and gold streamers hanging up the ceiling, a huge and not entirely edible five tiered cake beside the newlyweds table, along with the gifts.
Everyone had just finished their speeches and I learned that Kate had a whopping number of eight siblings, the hot guy who walked her down the aisle confirming he was Kate's younger brother. I also notice they looked freakishly alike, but with differences here and there. Ella, Gab and I had been enjoying ourselves tonight. Turns out they only touched their cameras tonight after a long time.
The party was in full swing, everybody dancing around and shaking their limbs off. I walk to where Gab and Ella were (hint: tequila).
They both fix themselves up as they looked at me expectantly "Can you both please stop chugging alcohol? You can do that later. Ella, you go take a few shots from there, "I point to the direction of the party goers "and Gab, take some of the guests."
