5. Closed

Vee found herself constantly thinking about him over the past 12 hours. Every time she tried to move her mind off of him he jumped back into her brain. 

She groaned and moved herself off of her bed. It was 10 and she still wasn't ready, not to mention she had to be to the studio in an hour. 

Her mind jumped back to him again. Would she see him today? Would they finally recognize her?

It was a lot to think about and she didn't know what she wanted. 

Part of her wanted them to see her, the other part wanted to remain in the shadows, silently taking pictures and obsessing over the boy.

Venus eventually made it to the studio and immediately found Chris. 

"Hey!" He exclaimed as she ran up to him. 

"Hey." She replied, slightly out of breath. 

"You ready for today?" 

"Of fucking course I am." She smiled. 

"Go get em." Chris fist bumped her before returning to his station. 

She nodded and headed inside, eager to find out what teams she was following. 

"Vee!" It was Caitlyn.

"Hey." Venus smiled. 

"They just gave us teams, you're Cloud 9 and Echo Fox today." 

Venus felt the color drain out of her face. Oh god.

She wasn't really sure how she felt, but she was nervous now. 

"Sounds good." She gave a thumbs up before scanning her card and heading into the rooms backstage. 

It only took her a few seconds to find the Cloud 9 practice room. The door to the room was closed, but the lights were on. 

Venus took a deep breath before knocking, just as she had been told to do. 

It was a few seconds before the door was slightly opened. Standing there was a man she hadn't seen before, she assumed it was their manager. 

"I'm just here for pictures." She smiled nervously. 

The man nodded and let her in. She pulled her hood up before walking into the room and shrinking into the corner. 

It felt like there were a million pairs of eyes on her. 

"NO WAY!" She heard one of them call. 

Oh my god, they know.

"You're the delivery girl." She looked up and saw the one that she had been thinking about smirk.

"You know I think, I think I'm in the wrong room." She lied before slipping out of the door. 

Holy shit. 

Venus wasn't entirely sure what to do. She took a few moments to compose herself before heading back to their room. 

"Nope, this is, unfortunately, the right room." She sighed as she entered once again. 

The boys all seemed to smirk as she closed the door behind her. 

"Oh god." She whispered to herself and tried to calm her breathing. 

"Well since you work here, won't you at least tell us your name?" 

"It's uh, Venus, but I go by Vee." She told them. 

"That's really pretty." The one she liked told her.

"T-thanks, what about you guys." 

"I'm Zach, but you can call me Sneaky, that's Smoothie, Impact, Jensen, Meteos, and Bunny." He said pointing to the boys around the room. 

Bunny winked at her when Sneaky called his name. Venus felt all the color rush to her face. 

No way, this is not happening.

I'm going to try and update more, but it's hard since school just started and I have kind of a busy year ahead of me.
