12. Counting

The day went by as slow as it could, or at least that's how it felt to Venus. 

She hadn't realized how boring just sitting around at the stadium was when she wasn't running around in the back trying to get the best photos. 

"What game is this?" She asked Casey, for the fifth time during game 3. 

"I already told you, game fucking 3." He replied, sighing loudly. 

"Ugh, this is never going to end." 

"I don't get what's so boring about this..." Casey trailed off. 

Venus huffed even louder after hearing Casey's comment. "I just want it all to be over." 

"Don't you at least want to watch C9 play?" Casey asked her. 

"I mean of course I do, I just, Bunny seemed so upset when I told him I wasn't photographing today, and I really want to talk to him." 

"Oh, that's what happened?"

"Yeah, I don't know why he was so upset." 

"Probably because you're hanging out with me..." 

"Yeah, but, you're gay, so I don't get what's the big deal." 

"Well I mean, he probably doesn't know that Vee." 

Vee paused for a second. 

"SHIT!" She almost yelled. 

"What?" 

"You're right! I never even thought about telling him that, I just kinda assumed, so he's probably super jealous oops." Venus laughed. 

Casey started laughing with her. 

The two managed to pass the remaining time until the C9 game, which they won, by the way. 

They ran up for high-fives of course, the excitement of the crowd bouncing off the walls.

"Good job during your game today!" Vee exclaimed as she jumped onto Bunny's back after running out of the studio. 

"Awe thanks." Bunny said as he stopped his stride, the rest of the team turning around to see what was happening. 

"Venus!" Jensen ran over to give her a high five, which was a little hard considering Bunny was so tall and she was sitting pretty much on his shoulders at this point. 

"Hey dudes." She said as the rest of the team waved. 

"What are you guys doing tonight?" Smoothie asked. 

"I don't know, what the hell are we doing?" She asked, ruffling Bunny's hair. 

"I was going to ask you.." He laughed. 

"Oh, well, I have no ideas, I don't go outside." Venus replied. 

Bunny paused for a moment. "And you think I do? I sit in a house and game for like 12 hours a day." 

"Oh yeah." Vee replied, burying her head in her hands. 

"You guys should go to a strip club." Sneaky suggested. 

There was a chorus of laughter coming from the group. 

"I was being serious." Sneaky said, the curve of his lips dropping into a straight line. 

"Oh..." Bunny whispered, scratching his chin. 

There was an awkward silence before Sneaky announced that he was, in fact, kidding. 

"You're so funny." Jensen said before smacking the boy upside his head. 

"You know you love me." Sneaky replied, wrapping an arm around Jensen who tried to squirm away, a slight blush creeping up on the midlaner's face. 

"No I actually fucking hate you." Jensen tried to keep a straight face, but failed and ended up laughing. 

"Okay but seriously, what the fuck are we supposed to do tonight?" Bunny asked. 

"You guys could go to Disneyland together." Smoothie suggested. 

"We were like, literally just there though." Venus laughed. 

"True story." Bunny replied. 

"What about Universal, you know, the whole Wizarding World of Harry Potter area is a thing." Sneaky said. 

"Wait seriously?" Venus asked. 

"You haven't heard of it?" Sneaky looked at her strangely. 

"Um... no?" She was questioning herself at this point.

"You need to go, Bunny, you better take her." Sneaky said, a serious look flashing across his eyes. 

"Okay, okay I will, chill out." 

"Love you Bunny." Sneaky said, turning back into the memey, smiley Sneaky, as opposed to the 'I'm ready to hunt bunnies' Sneaky. 

"Love you too babe."
