CHAPTER 26: FIANCE

Grey's POV:

"What the fuck is she doing here?!?!"
sigaw ko. Nakita ko naman na nagulat sila sa inasta ko.

"Grey Xander Sevit! Watch your mouth, young man!" nakita ko si Dad na lumabas sa office. Kasama sila Tita Zoey at Tito Mac.

"I will repeat, what is she doing here?!" tanong ko. I don't mind kung magalit sakin sila Tita. I just want to know what she's doing here at our house. Fvck.

"I think you should tell it to your son, Eunice. He has to understand it" sabi ni Tito Mac. Napakunot naman ako ng noo agad.

"What are you talking about??" tanong ko. "Sweetie, go inside now" seryosong sabi ni Mom.

Naglakad ako sa loob ng office ni Dad at I took one glance at Bianca, she was smirking. Ugh. This devil.

Pagkapasok namin ay naupo ako sa couch. "Grey, I know that this is a bit surprising but please don't overreact" panimula ni Dad.

I was really clueless sa mga pinagsasabi nila. "Just get to the point" sagot ko.

"Okay, so me and your mom agreed to the Sarmiento family to be business partners"

"And we also agreed that you and Bianca will be engaged for business purposes" paliwanag ni Dad.

Napatayo ako sa aking kinauupuan. "What are you talking about?! Engaged?! Are you insane?!" sigaw ko.
"I know, I know. But you have no choice. You have to agree on this. It is very important"

"Why would I agree on it?! I have a girlfriend! And you don't tell me what to do!!" sigaw ko at galit na lumabas sa kwarto.

"Grey! Grey! Come back here!!" narinig kong sigaw ni Mom. I looked at them.

"Tsk. This stupid fucking business" mahina kong sabi. "Please Grey, I'm begging you. It is very important for me and your father. Please" I was surprised ng makita ko si Mom na umiiyak.

"Please give me a moment to think it clearly" sabi ko at naglakad papunta sa salas.

Naupo kaming lahat sa salas. I was thinking very deeply kung tatanggapin ko ba o hindi. Ugh.

Huminga ako ng malalim bago magsalita. "I can't accept it, I'm sorry".
"You have no choice, Grey. You have to married to her---"

"I said I don't want to accept it!!" sigaw ko at umakyat papunta sa kwarto. I was hearing some footsteps behind, alam kong sinusundan ako ni Bianca. I quickly turned around, "Will you please stop?!".

"Just accept it Grey, you have no choice too"

"You literally did it on purpose right?! Because you wanted me back?! You're really crazy!"

"Yes! I'm crazy! I'm being insane here because I want you back! What's the matter with that?!"

"Look, we're over. Just accept the reality. I will never be yours" sabi ko at pumasok sa loob ng kwarto, at nilock ito.

"I'm not giving up, Grey. I will get you back. Even if it means that I have to kill someone"

I ignored her at nahiga nalang sa kama. Ugh. Ginulo ko yung buhok ko.

"How am I supposed to tell Sabrina??" sabi ko habang nakatingin sa kisame.

There's only two days left, may pasok nanaman ulit.

I was about to close my eyes nang may narinig akong kumakatok sa pintuan. Binuksan ko kung sino iyon.

"Sweetie, I want to talk you" it just Mom. Pumasok siya sa loob at naupo sa gilid ng kama.
