Chapter 3

Emily's PoV

The next morning I woke up to Bella shaking me, telling me to hurry up or we would be late. I groaned while I rolled out of bed saying, "I will be down in about twenty minutes." 

With that Bella disappears back into her own room. While I get dressed into a white blouse, black skinny jeans, with a light blue blazer/jacket. 
I quickly pulled my hair into a side fishtail plait and put a small amount of make up on to keep a natural look. I brush my teeth before grabbing my school bag and rush downstairs to find Bella finishing her breakfast. I knew I didn't have time to eat so I picked up an apple and a small carton of orange juice. 

I joined Bella at the door and we proceeded to make our way to the truck. We got in and Bella drove us to school.

We pulled into the school car park and Bella parked the truck on the other side of the lot, the furthest from the school.

Thanks bells, now we have to walk past lots of people, great.

I sigh and quickly finished my apple before turning to Bella.

"I don't think I can do this bells," I state to her as I glance out of the truck. 

"Em," she said grabbing my hands, making me look at her,"You will be fine, I will be with you the whole time, I promise."

"Thank you bells, I'm sorry that I'm being such a nuisance," I replied.

"It's okay Em, really it is." 

"Love you bells," I said while hugging her. 

"Love you too Em," she replied hugging me back tightly. We let go of each other. 

"Remember though bells if anyone is mean to us or gets on my nerves I won't be able to stop the sarcastic inner bitch I have hidden inside of me," I state looking at her seriously.

She cracks a grin and replies, "You are something else Em," shaking her head giggling. I smile back and laugh along with her.

We got out of the car and start to make our way to the school. 
While crossing the car lot I noticed a bunch of people standing by their cars. They seemed different but I brushed the feeling away as they were all staring at me. I looked away from them feeling slightly insecure. 

I looked at my sister who was also looking at them. I quickly elbowed her and said, "Hey Bells, will you quite staring at them, they are probably gonna think we're stalkers or something! And I can't have people thinking we're stalkers, okay." 
I glanced back at them noticing them all smile and chuckle as if they heard what I said.

Weird

"Sorry Em," she replied clearly embarrassed. 

"It's okay, look can we go inside now, I really don't want to be here any longer than I have to," I stated gently but with a hint of irritation. 

"Sure lets go."

We walked off into the school, making our way towards the reception desk to get our timetables.

 We reached the office and walked up to the lady sat at the desk. 

"Hello girls, how can I help you?" She asked politely.

"Um..me and my sister are new here we have come to get our timetables," I answered. 

"What are your names?"

"Bella Swan and that's my sister Emily Swan," Bella replied pointing at me. The lady nodded before getting our timetables. She returned minutes later.

"Here you go girls, make sure you get every teacher to sign the slip attached to your timetables, then return that slip back to me at the end of the day before you go home. Enjoy and welcome to forks high," she said sounding very happy. 

I cringed at her response, it was way too cheerful for a place like this. I sigh but thank her along with Bella. We quickly left the office checking our timetables.

My timetable:
1st - Art
2nd - History 
3rd - Gym
Break 
4th - Biology
5th - Maths 
Lunch
6th - English
7th - Free Period

Bella's timetable:
1st - Art
2nd - English 
3rd - Gym
Break 
4th - Free Period 
5th - Maths 
Lunch 
6th - Biology 
7th - French

We both look at each other, giving the irritated look before I say, " Shame we don't have all the same lessons, would be nice to sit with someone I know and not some stranger, who I will be forced to socialise with." 

"Em it will be fine, we have 1st, 3rd and 5th periods together, I think that's enough time to be with each other don't you think?" She said before continuing, "Plus you can be really annoying." She smirked at me while I just poked my tongue out at her. 

"Come on let's go bells or we will be late," I reply linking my arm with hers as I begin to drag us towards the art room.
