Chapter 9

Emily's PoV

We went shopping and had an amazing time. We drove off to this meadow they kept talking about. Once we got close to it Alice stopped and parked the car near the road. We all got out and started walking into the forest. We kept walking until we stumbled across the meadow that they were talking about.

I gasped at my surroundings. It was so beautiful, there were so many flowers. I looked around and saw that the boys were here.

This secret must involve all of them.

I walked over with Alice and Rosalie. 

"Hey guys," I say happily. 

"Hi Emily, you alright?," Caleb asks. 

"Yeah I'm good," I say. 

I all got very tense and awkward. 

"Guys can you not make this awkward, I know that you all want to talk about something with me, so what is that I should know?" I ask feeling slightly awkward. 

I notice Jasper looking at me. I blush slightly and smile back.

We all sit down in a circle. They all look at each other and Rose ends up talking. 

"Okay so we all have something we want to tell you but you have to promise that you won't tell a soul, not even Bella," Rose says looking me in the eyes, acting very seriously. 

"Okay, I promise," I say.

I don't know how to say this without shocking you so I'm just going to say it," Rose says. I look at her confused and curious at the same time. She then looks me in the eyes. 

"We are vampires," she says seriously. 

I just look at her, I can see she is not lying, I can see that in her eyes.

Vampires, but they don't exist.

I the began to think about.

They never eat, their skin is cold and they don't go out into the sun.

It suddenly clicked. 
I looked up at them. They all look very concerned and nervous.

"To be honest I don't really know what you want me to say, except the fact that somehow vampires have made me feel more human in the past few days than my own family," I say. 
They all chuckle. 

"Okay, I have a couple of questions and I also feel like I know something else but I'm not sure," I say. They all nod.

"Right so since your vampires, I'm gonna assume that some of you are able to do things others can't like how Alice you are able to see the future," I state. They all look at me shocked as to how I knew. 

"How did you know?" Alice asks me. 

I smirk, "I know because when we first met you kept saying things as if you knew what was going to happen in the near future," I say. 

"Ah yes I remember."

"Okay since you were able to guess Alice's power, there are two more people who have powers, can you guess who they are and what they are?" Emmett challenged.
