Chapter 15

Emily's PoV

Another week has passed and Bella was invited to go to the Cullen's to meet the family. I was extremely happy and couldn't wait. Edward was going to pick her since I was already here.

I was sat at the table in the kitchen watching Rose, Emmett, Carlisle and Esme make Italiano for me and Bella. I get up and start to walk out of the kitchen.

"Emily where you going?" Emmett shouts loudly at me as I walk away. 

"Bathroom," I reply back just as loud. I could tell the others were shaking their heads as Emmett was probably smirking.

Once I had finished I walked back into the kitchen but bumped into Bella and Edward on the way there. I smiled at them. 

"Oh, hey bells, you alright?" I ask.

"Yeah I'm fine, you?" She replies.

"I'm good, can't wait to eat though," I answer as I run back into the kitchen and sit back down. 

The Cullen's just smile at me before turning there heads in the direction of Edward and Bella.

"Ooh, get a whiff of that," Rosalie says. I just roll my eyes as a response. She continues to say, "Here comes the human." 

Bella and Edward both then walk into the kitchen together and Esme walks up Bella to greet her. 

"Bella, we're making Italiano for you and Emily," Esme says happily. 

Bella looks at her confused as to who she was.

"Bella this is Esme my mother for all intensive purposes," Edward says to Bella. 

"Bonjourno," Bella says to Esme. 

"Motto benne," she replies with a huge grin. 

"You've given us the excuse to use the kitchen for the first time," Carlisle says, I frown at this statement. 

"What about me, you've used the kitchen for me," I reply. They just roll their eyes. 

"I hope your hungry?" Esme asks Bella. 

Then Edward being Edward says, "She already ate."

Suddenly a crash is heard and I turn to Rosalie. She just smashed the bowl, full of lettuce, into pieces. I look up at her shocked and annoyed, as I was going to eat that. 

"Perfect," 

"Yeah it's just I know you guys don't eat," Bella says to them, as they all stop cooking and move towards Bella and Edward. 

"Of course," Esme replies back to Bella statement, "It's very considerate of you." 

"Just ignore Rosalie, I do," Edward states as he turns to Bella. 

"Yeah let's just keep pretending that this isn't dangerous for all of us," Rosalie retorts, annoyed with the situation. 

"I would never tell anybody anything,"Bella states. 

"She knows that," Carlisle replies. 

"Yeah well the problem is that you two have gone public now, so," Emmett says, before Rosalie cuts in. 

"No she should know, the entire family will be implicated if this ends badly," she says to Bella. 

"Badly as in I would become the meal," Bella says looking uncomfortable as well as unsure. 

Everyone laughs at this except Rosalie, but I did see her smile. 

I grin at Bella, before saying, "Really bells," rolling my eyes at her. She just glares at me.

Then I hear Alice speak, "Hi Bella," as she walks over to all of us with Caleb and Jasper following close behind. I smile and look at Jasper, he sends me a small smile. 

"I'm Alice," she states as she walks right up to Bella and gives her a hug, before moving back and saying, "Oh you do smell good." 

Edward just looks at her and gives her the 'what the hell' face as he says, "Alice, what are you-" 

"It's okay, Bella and I are going to be great friends," Alice says as she cuts Edward off. 

"Hello Bella," Caleb says awkwardly.

Everyone then stands in silence looking at jasper, until Carlisle speaks up.
"Sorry, Jasper's our newest vegetarian, it's a little difficult for him." 

"It's a pleasure to meet you," jasper says awkwardly as he is trying to fight the urge to kill Bella. 

Alice then calms him slightly by saying, "it's okay jasper, you won't hurt her." 

"Alright, I'm gonna take on a tour of the rest of the house," Edward states as he turns to Bella, starting to lead her out of the kitchen. 

"Well I'll see you soon," Alice says to Bella. 

"Okay," Bella replies before looking at me, "By Em." 

"By bells, have fun," I say winking at her. She just glares at me again.
With that Edward and Bella walk out of the room.

After they leave Carlisle speaks up and says, "I think that went well." 

I just continue looking at the Broken bowl with lettuce scattered around it. Until I feel jasper come over to me pulling me up from my seat and resting his hand on my waist. 

"Are you okay, Emily?" He asks me. 

"Yeah, I'm fine," I reply before turning to Rose, "Do you mind picking up the mess you made, that was my lunch," I say angrily before removing Jasper's arm from my waist and then walk of into the living room, leaving behind a shocked Rosalie. As I walk away I then hear the others all say something to Rose, who clearly is ignoring them, probably because she is picking up the mess she made.

Lunch was finally ready and I walk back into the kitchen to find my meal set up on the table. I go to sit down and eat my meal when Rose walks up to me. 

"Before you eat, I just want to say I'm sorry for ruining your salad," Rose apologises to me.

"Rose, it's okay, I just overreacted, it's only food," I reply. 

With that, we just smile at each other and both go and sit down at the table, where we just sit and chat while I eat my lunch.

The rest of the day was fun until I had to go home.

Once I got their I said goodbye to Rose who drove me there and went of to my room where I then got into bed and fell asleep.
