"Turn up the music."

"What? Why?"

"Because I really like this song," Jungkook replied.

Hoseok reluctantly turned the radio up, the all-English lyrics catching him off guard. What surprised him more, however, was that Jungkook was singing along beside him.

"Since when did you listen to American Hip-Hop?" he questioned.

"Since forever, you just don't pay enough attention to me," Jungkook replied with a fake sullen look.

"I pay you enough attention that I'm taking you to dinner as a Christmas present; don't get sassy. I will kick you out of this car and make you walk."

"You say that every time, Hyung."

"Because it works," he joked.

The rest of the car ride was relatively silent. Jungkook sang to a lot of the songs that came through the speakers, and Hoseok had to admit that the younger had an incredible voice. The drive wasn't too long, though, and they pulled into the parking lot quite fast much to Hoseok's disappointment.

"We're here," Hoseok mumbled.

"I noticed, Hyung."

They both stepped out of the car, Hoseok smiling weakly.

Hoseok opened the door for Jungkook, receiving a bright smile in return.
The waitress he had originally spoken to stood behind the cash register once again, looking down at what Hoseok presumed to be her phone.

He cleared his throat, "I have a reservation under the name Hoseok?"

The girl looked up quickly, tossing her phone to the side with a smile.

"Of course! Is this the lucky man?" She asked, glancing at Jungkook as she grabbed two menus.

He nods, "Indeed, he is."

Jungkook shyly smiled before breaking out into a fit of quiet giggles.

"Did you talk about me behind my back, Hyung? That's considered gossiping, Y'know."

"It was all good things, I'll have you know!" Hoseok retorted, placing a hand over his chest.

The lady gestured to the table, smiling at the two bickering men.

"Your server will be out shortly," she added before walking off.

"Hyung?"

"Yes, Jungkook?"

"Does she think we're dating?"

"Maybe."

There was a long silence.

"Hyung?"

"Yes, Jungkook?"

"Are we dating?"

"Not that I know of," he paused. "Unless you want to be."

Another silence.

"Hyung?"

"Yes, Jungkook?"

"Can we date?"

"Sure."

"That sounds pretty half-assed."

"Fine. Of course, Jungkook, I'd love to date you."

"Ok. Then, instead of Hyung, can I call you.. Just Hoseok?"

"That's a strange nickname, Jungkook.

"Not 'Just Hoseok,' JUST Hoseok."

"Again, Jungkook, that's pretty weird.

Once again, there's a silence.

"I wanna break up."
