"You don't.. Hoseok, what do you mean you don't remember?" Jungkook asks, eyes widening just a bit.

"I can't remember anything else.. I just.." Hoseok trailed off, looking up at Jungkook with an extremely disheveled expression.

"So.. You dated Taehyung, right? And.. he said he loved you, but didn't mean it? So when I said I loved you, you started freaking out because it reminded you of that?"

Hoseok slowly nodded, "Yeah.. pretty much." He mumbled, wiping his cheeks with the back of his hand.

"Um... do you... want a hug?" He asked, opening his arms.

Hoseok simply nodded, accepting his embrace by all means.

Jungkook was upset, too, in a way. He never even knew Taehyung (if it's the same one) ever dated Hoseok, which would be pretty important information to know beforehand.

"You know," Hoseok started, sniffling quietly, "I'm also kinda glad you said it. Not because I wanted to remember him at all, but... because it's something I've been wanting to say for a very long time. Sounds cliche, but I'm just putting it out there."

Jungkook smiles a little, "So you were waiting for me to say I love you first? How wrong of you."

Hoseok hits his chest, "Don't make me stab you. I can; I have enough pent-up frustration."

"That sounds naughty, Hoseok..!" He giggles as he jumps off the bed to avoid a pillow flying at his face.

"You ass.." Hoseok mutters, throwing the sheets off his body. "And here I was, thinking I should trust you."

"You should, just not when it comes to cheering you up. I'm bad at that."

"You did a fine job just now, didn't you?" Hoseok glances at him, "I mean, I'm not crying anymore so that's a good sign."

Jungkook throws the pillow back at Hoseok, "That doesn't count, I was distressed."

"Hell yeah it does count. You should give up the cafe and become a counselor."

"Now you're just blindly throwing compliments. There's no way I can be a counselor."

Hoseok shrugs as he exits the bedroom, "You just don't believe hard enough."
