"We have to host a party this weekend "my best friend said from the back seat already taking her phone out from her pocket probably to send the news to the whole school

I rolled my eyes "as i recall you hosted a party just last Friday Meg"

"So? If it wasn't for the stupid school i'll be partying every night "she said and i had to laugh at that because the irony of it is that she does party every night ,if it wasn't at someone's house ,it would be in some club "plus" she continued "it would be the perfect opportunity for you to wear that hot new dress you bought ,you'll look hot "she grinned as i rolled my eyes again

"My girl always looks hot "my boyfriend smiled at me taking my hand in his and bringing it his lips to drop a kiss flashing me that grin that won my heart so easily ,i wanted to jump him right now but i couldn't because first Megan is in the back seat and second he is driving.

"i know you two are horny as shit ,but Chris please can you focus on the road ,i don't want to die anytime soon "Megan said glaring at us

"don't be such a whiner Meg ,i know for a fact that if Logan was here you two will be making out in the back seat by now "he said smirking and kissing my hand again

"Touché" she nodded staring at the distance probably imagining the picture he just gave her

"Babe ,you remember our date tomorrow ,right?" he asked me after a minute

"of course" i smiled trying to hide the nerves i'm feeling right now because of this date ,he kept talking about it all week saying he had a surprise that'll change our lives ,i couldn't stop thinking about and what's this surprise that's going to change our lives

"she didn't stop talking about it all week "Megan said in an annoyed voice "so spill this surprise already ,you're making my bestie stressed "

"it's a surprise and i'll show it to her tomorrow night "he turned his attention to me "i'm nervous too ,because tomorrow night will probably be the best night of my life if every thing went as planned "

"you're scaring me a little with this surprise " i admitted

"don't worry " he squeezed my hand "it'll be great .i want you to wear that white dress you were wearing when we first met at that party "he ran his finger over my cheek before turning his attention to the road "you looked like an angel that night "he looked at me again "my angel " he gave that smile again that made me fall in love with him "thank god i made the courage and talked to you that night"

"it was love from first sight with you two " Megan sighed from the back seat

Chris chuckled "i love ......"

Chris never got to finish his sentence because a truck came from his side passing a red a light and hitting the car ,all i remember is the scream of my best friend ,the look of horror on Chris's eyes as he looked at me ,and me being thrown against my seat belt as an air bag exploded in my face ,there was a moment of intense pain that literally took my breath away and then ,there was darkness .
