Chapter two

after returning from my run i took a shower and get dressed for my first day at College ,it's supposed to be exciting because it's a new experience and all that bullshit but not for me ,i just want this year to be over with then the next one and so one .

I walked toward my first class Ancient History and noticed two girls sitting on the grass and talking and laughing like they don't have a care in the world and a lump formed in my throat thinking that could've been me and Megan ,that could've been my best friend sitting with me and laughing .

My phone rang cutting through my thoughts and i thanked however is calling for stopping my mind from going to the dark places inside .

"hello" i answered walking quickly so not to be late to my first class

"Hey bitch i told you to call me when you settle in your new apartment "my cousin Hannah's voice shouted from the other end and i smiled at hearing her voice ,she'll be my only friend here now

"don't you have a class to get to ?" i teased her

"i don't have class until 10 am " she said and i could see the smirk on her face

"you juniors are so lucky ,you don't study at all "

"we do have classes but not as much as you losers " she laughed "so what's up ?"

"Nothing except that you're going to make me late for my first class " i teased walking up the stairs

"and what's that ?"she asked

"Ancient History "

she groaned "you're the Ancient History ,remind me why you're taking this crap of class ?" she asked and smiled ,she was always annoyed that i chose human and social science as my major

"Han no time to chat ,i got go " i stopped in front of my class

"at least you got dancing as well so it's not that bad "she continued to talk and i rolled my eyes

"Han meet you later at the Cafeteria ,i got to run "

"okay okay ,see ya loser "

"bye " i smiled as i hang up ,she always made my days a little bit bearable

The class wasn't so bad unless you count that i almost slept through it and the guy next to me was actually snoring and it really made me think if i have done a mistake after all .

Next i had two hours of Comparative literature and i actually liked it a little ,the professor even gave us a reading assignments.by the end of it i got out of class so excited to go see my cousin already ,we haven't seen each other a lot since she moved here for college .

i entered the Cafeteria that was buzzing from the student's chatter  ,i looked around looking for my cousin's face and a smile spread when i noticed her ,i made my way to her through the crowd 

"Addie" she screamed when she noticed me making a lot of people look at her like she's crazy .

I laughed as she threw her self at me and engulfed me in a tight hug ,she was so petite i practically lifted her from the ground to hug her 

"i missed you so much " she said as she pulled away and i noticed tears in her eyes 

"i missed you too Han "and i did miss her like crazy 

we sat in a table and i noticed that she already bought me food 

"you didn't have to "i protested and she gave me a look so i just shut up 

"so?how is it so far ?" she asked 

i shrugged " okay i guess ,the professor are great ,the classes are ...."

"Addie "she cut me off narrowing her eyes "i meant any hot boys so far ?" she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively

"i'm not here looking for hot boys Han ,and you of all people know it " i gave her a pointed look and she sighed 

"i hate to say this but you have to move on " she said and i tried not to flinch at her words ,how could she say that ?she knows how hard it is for me 

"i..." i started but i was cut off when the seat next to me was pulled and the guy from my morning run sat there 

"Hey gorgeous "he smirked and i narrowed my eyes at him 

"what do you think you're doing ?" i snapped 

"saying Hi "he turned to my cousin and nodded at her and she was just staring at him with her mouth wide open 

i just gave her a weird look and turned to the jerk in front of me "Hi "i smiled "now you can go" i snapped and he laughed 

"i'm Dean Collins "he extended his hand and i just stared at it "i don't bite " he smirked and i rolled my eyes and shook his hand 

"Addison Gray"i said and pulled my hand quickly because i felt a current run through it when he touched it "and this is my cousin Hannah"

he smiled at her and she swooned ,God she actually swooned "Han are you okay ?" i asked her 

"Huh?" she looked at me blinking and i shook my head at her ,she acts so stupid around hot guys 

i took my bag of the table "i have to go ,i have a class now "i hugged my cousin promising to call her later and walked away but noticed that Dean is walking beside me 

"what do you want ?" i asked annoyed 

"i never had this reaction from a girl before ,i must say it's refreshing "he grinned and when he saw me glaring he sighed "i'll just walk you to class Addison "

i tried not to let hearing my name from his mouth effect me and kept walking with him following me close behind .

I did noticed how every girl we passed giggled at seeing Dean ,it was really ridiculous ,true he's hot and all but you don't have to act stupid at seeing him ,it took a lot of time arriving to class because we got stopped by every guy or girl we passed .

"i didn't know i was in the presence of a celebrity "i joked 

"what can i say ?i'm the king in Campus "he shrugged and i rolled my eyes 

"well thanks for walking me to class which wasn't necessary at all "i said once we stopped in front of my class 

"it was my pleasure "he bowed then gave me his phone "put your number in it "he explained as i frowned 

"who said i'll give you my number "i arched a brow 

"ah come on Addison ,we're going to have so much fun together "he smirked and when he saw i didn't budge he sighed "why is it so difficult to be your friend ?" 

"just friends "i said but threw the phone at his face 

"just friends "he smirked taking his phone and kissing me on the cheek before walking away 

why do i feel like i'm in deep trouble ?
