Jaxon's P.O.V
I don't know how long I'd been here but it was beginning to irritate the fvck out of me. The longer I stayed here the more me and Rihanna drifted apart, which meant her and Rakim were getting closer.
I didn't care as much. I think.
I was seated in the lounge room staring at the screen till Rakim shortly came and interrupted me.
"Jaxon." He mumbled lowly as he placed his hands in his back pockets.
"Yeah, what is it now." I said as my eyes remained peeled to the screen.
Rakim laughed and shook his head as he continued. "You wouldn't be talking to no nigga like that if you knew what I'm about to say."
I turned my attention to him as I raised a brow.
"I want you and your girl gone by tommorow morning." He said in a serious tone as he then walked off.
I was still suprised by what'd just came out of mouth. I was expecting him to make me pay for everything I'd done to him, but I guess he was just all talk. No action. Rakim was that type of nigga that intimidated the fvck out of you, but at the end of the day he couldn't hurt a fly.
He would never do shit to me. I knew part of him still had sympthathy towards me.
I smirked and shooked my head as I headed off to Rihanna's room.
I knocked lightly and seconds later the door opened. Her bright smile faded as soon as her eyes met mine.
"Oh, Jaxon. It's you.." She said. Clearly I wasn't who dhe was hoping to see.
"Who else did you think it was?.." I asked. We both remained silent. That answer was more than obvious.
I cleared my throat, trying not to show I was a bit hurt by that. Rihanna had completely forgotten about me.
After all I'd done for this girl,
it suprises me that my existence is now dust to her. It was obviously Rocky's fault. As soon as we got tommorow she'd be all mine again."I have good news. Rakim is letting us go."
She widened her eyes and gasped. "Really, how did you convince him?"
"Well, you know how I am. My charms came to good use." I said as I shrugged my shoulders and smirked.
Rih giggled softly then frowned moments later.
"I'm going to miss Amina though. She's my first real friend around here." She said as she looked into my eyes.
I moved closer and tugged a strand of hair behind her ear. "Don't worry, I'm sure Rocky won't mind you visiting here often."
With that, her bright smile reappeared and she snuggled up to me."Thank you so much Jaxon. For everything." She pulled away then placed a soft peck on my lips. My heart began to pace slightly and I had to blink twice to make sure this was real. She'd kissed me.
I smiled and kissed her forehead. "Like I said, I gotchu ma."
"I know you do. You always have." She added. "Anyways, I need to freshen up then go help Amina in the kitchen, soo.."
I nodded licked my lips. "Talk later, yeah?" He said he wants us gone by tommorow morning."
She gave me a weird look then nodded and closed the door.
Part of me knew she didn't want to leave at all. But she had no choice. She was mine.
