The world was black and white
The words I wrote -
Black and white
And I hate to jump into this
But now my words hold color
Hues I never thought imaginable
I see the world with a new light
The world was once a black and white
Mine was much different from the next's
A painful black
A white that was hard to see
But now I see the colors
Vibrant and glowing
Though they still hold the black and white shades
With you
I can see
And I'm not worthless
Not anymore
