Sorry to stop you
From whatever you may have been doing
But now that I've caught your eye
Maybe I will let you know the story
Of the white raven
Graceful is her wingspan
As she glides to the roadkill
Hear her feathers beating against eachother
She has been pecked
Beaten and abused
For she is light
Small
The white raven is different
She can't see how good that actually is
The bird of death
And she is ready to embrace it
Though it is not her time
The white raven
Cannot see
How one day
The black ravens will need her
Beautifully she hops
For the fist time
What lie in front of her
Was her's
She grew full
Flying away with more grace than ever
The white raven
Will one day show them all
Who she really is
