The music blasted from the outside of the house. Well here goes nothing. We got out the car and into the house. Colored lights filled the house, so as people. The air was thick and hot.
"Remember don't drink, eat or smoke shit" Diamond yelled over the music.
"Okay" I yelled back. He got lost in a crowd of people who were dancing. I just strolled around the house. I found myself in the kitchen. I was sort of thirsty. I know Diamond told me not to drink anything, but everything here cant be spiked. I searched through the refrigerator to find some Sprite. I poured me some and went to find a quiet place to be alone. But everywhere people were either smoking, making out, dancing or passed out drunk somewhere. I found myself upstairs. I went into the bathroom to see a window that lead onto the roof. Hey, why not. I climbed out the window and sat on the roof. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through it while sipping my drink. I felt the vibration of the music still outside.
" Look a party pooper" A familiar voice said. I turned around to see Travis. Are you fucking kidding me. He climbed onto the roof and sat next to me.
" Sorry I'm not throwing my ass in a circle for all the niggas" I replied, sipping my drink. He laughed.
"The stars seem nice don't they" he asked.
"What do you want from me" I replied. He gave me a confused look. I clicked my tongue.
"Don't play stupid" I said " how about you be honest and stop acting like you want me or something"
" You want me to be honest" he replied "okay... I like a challenge and you baby girl are definitely one" I scoffed.
"That's it" I asked.
"And you are very interesting" he added " you intrigue me". I rolled my eyes. Like I haven't heard that one before.
"But I don't want no relationship" he confessed "I can tell you don't want one either"
"Its not that" I replied "Just not with you"
"Damn, that stung" Travis said, holding his heart.
"It was supposed to" I replied. I gave him a wink. It was silent for a second.
"How come you don't want a relationship" I asked.
"Because I move so much" he answered " I could never keep a solid one, so I gave up "
"Understandable" I mumbled
"What about you Ms. TooGoodForAnyone". I laughed. That was actually a good one.
"Because my sister got heartbroken so many times" I replied "it just seemend like a waste of time, so I gave up". He turned and faced me.
" I got a idea" he said
"Which is" I asked
" Lets be friends with benefits"he said "or your boy toy"
I laughed. I began laughing.
"You're hilarious" I replied
"I'm foreal" he replied "We both gave up on relationships and I know you got needs, so how bout it".
This nigga really think he can get past me like that. Okay, lets go along with his game.
"Okay" I said "but I make the rules"
"Aight" Travis replied. We swapped numbers and Snapchats. Knowing damn well I wasn't going to cave into this niggas simple game. But he doesn't know that.
Damn what trick does Adrianna have up her sleeve? Is she really going to cave in?
