Can't Wait

The weekend with Adrianna was amazing. The best birthday present ever. But....I think I'm falling for her, like really hard. I think she is failing for me too. But I don't want to push the subject, not yet. I had a football game today and Adrianna finally agreed to come to this one. She said she's coming to support me, not because she likes football.
   I looked through the crowd of people searching for her. I finally saw her, with her hair in a high ponytail and her bright smile. She turned around and showed she had my number and name on the back of her shirt. I laughed and sat both hands on top of my head.
   " Why aren't y'all together" Deon exclaimed " Jade doesn't even do that for me"
   " Don't worry" I replied " I'm working on it". I put my helmet on and ran onto the field. I was the running back. I kept my eye focused on the ball. As soon as I heard hut, I ran. I kept focusing on the ball as the quarterback threw the ball to me. My arms were fully extended. The ball was so close and BAM! I was ran off the field, a face full of dirt. I got up and dusted myself off. The coach called a time out. I ran over to him, with nothing but irritation. I had the ball, but if I was paying attention to my surroundings I probably would of caught it.
   " Wright, you good" the coach asked. I nodded
   " Okay, guys" he started " We are tied with only 10 seconds left in the game, we need this touchdown". He looked over at me.
   " We are counting on you" he said.
   " I won't let you down coach" I replied. I looked up at Adrianna. She put both thumbs up
   " You got this" she mouthed to me. I smiled and ran back on the field. You got this, you got this, hut. I took off and again the ball was coming my way. I saw the guy coming at me. I dodged him and he fell. I put my hands back out and caught the ball. I ran as fast as I could. Continuing to dodge people. At the last second, I made into the end zone.
   I saw my team cheer and run over to me. I threw the ball down and screamed. My team picked me up and chanted. They put me down and I immediately looked for Adrianna. I saw her screaming and cheering for me. I can't wait any longer. I ran over and jumped on the edge of the bleacher. I held on the bar with one hand and held her face with the other, I kissed her. I heard everyone cheer louder. She made the kiss more passionate. I pulled back and saw her blushing really hard, I laughed. 
   " Adrianna" I said out of breath.
   " Yeah" she replied.
   " I'm done messing around" I confessed " Will you be my girlfriend". She blushed even harder.
   " Yes I would love to he your girlfriend" she answered.
