"What did we do now?" I asked mom as I sat down on the chair across from Rachael and Mom.

Mom sighed, "There is something that I need to tell you, and I don't think that you are going to like it." She got up, and walked to the window overlooking the backyard.

"Are you going to tell us because I have a date I need to get ready for?" Rachael tapped her foot, and looked at the clock.

"I can't think of any other way to tell you this. We are moving again." Mom said in a hurry. Rachael and I sat there silent and staring.

Rachael was the first to break the silence, "What do you mean we are moving again! Why in the world are we moving again?" At this point Rachael is on her feet screaming at Mom while I sit there in a daze.

Mom stood there looking out the window. She turned around, and looked at us for a few seconds before saying, "We leave in five days so start packing. Call your date, and tell him that you can't make it. I am sorry girls, but this is the way it has to be. I left boxes in your rooms." Before we could argue she walked into her room, and locked the door behind her.

We stood there for a few minutes in dead silence. Rachael stormed up to her room cursing under her breath.

I ran up to my room, and called Hadley. Her phone went to voicemail. I had totally forgotten that she was on a date with Greg. I threw my phone on bed. I sat in the middle of the room with my head tucked between my knees, and sobbed.

I don't know how long I sat there crying. I got up, and looked at myself in the mirror. My eyes were red and puffy. My mascara had run down my face, and my expression was sadly dark. I sighed, and got to work on fixing myself up. Once I had finished, I walked downstairs. I grabbed the car keys from the table and walked out the door.

"Wait right there Sylvia," I turned to see Rachael standing on the porch, "I have a date to go on so I get the car." She held out her hands for the keys.

I got right up in her face, "I don't have to time or energy to deal with you right now. I am tired of your attitude, and you need to stop demanding things from me. You are no better than me. In fact, I am probably better than you since I got your powers when they were taken away from you!" I was breathing heavily, and I could feel my face getting red.

Rachael's face darkened, and her mouth was a thin line, "I hate you. I rather burn in hell than be known as your sister!" With that said she stormed inside, slamming the door.

I groaned. I am not in the mood to deal with her. I got into the car, and sped out of the driveway. I didn't know where I was going. This happened a couple times to me in the past. I just followed my powers, and they will take me where I need to go.

After twenty minutes of driving, I pulled up to a small park outside of town. There was no one there. Perfect. I don't want to talk to anyone right now. I wanted to be alone to think.

The park was surrounded by trees, and had flowers of all kinds. The park had a swing set, and a jungle gym. The air was filled with the aroma of the flowers and pine. It seemed like the perfect place to think things out. However, my powers were telling me that there is something beyond the forest that I need to see.

I started on the path leading into the woods. At least I thought it was a path. It was either barely noticeable, or I was hallucinating. I'm going to go with barely noticeable. Anyway, most of the trees were pine or maple. The smell of them was wonderful. I couldn't see the sky through most of the trees, but ray's shot out from cracks in the trees. I felt like I was in a movie. I could feel the anger melting away. I felt calm, and wished I could stay here forever.
