KNOCK! KNOCK! Went the door, who could be at the door at 10am in the morning? Amy, Kate and Milly had only just woken up and were watching ‘This Weeks Music Top 20’ on MTV, dancing and singing around the small living room in their Pyjamas. They all exchanged confused glances at each other. Kate gracefully danced to the drawn curtains and slowly peered through a tiny gap in them to see who it was, “NATH!!” Kate screamed. Milly and Amy jumped in fright after Kate’s cry had startled them. The Wanted boys heard this through the very thin walls that enclosed the beautiful, petite interior and a grin shot across each of their faces, all their eyes on Nathan. Nathan blushed in embarrassment as everyone stared at him, but at the same time relief shot throughout his body as he knew that he had the right house. Suddenly the whole cottage went silent as Kate stood there, not sure what to do, whether to open the door in their pyjamas or ask them to wait outside while they get changed. What should she do?

Abruptly the silence was broken as Milly had just gotten the message, “SHIT! The house is an actual pigsty. Seriously they are just going to walk in and then walk back out the door again!” Worry shot across her face and she ran up the stairs as quickly as she could, making a horrendously loud noise as she stomped up the stairs. Amy and Kate were sniggering to themselves inadvertently as they watched Milly’s reaction as she ran to clean her room and get changed as fast as she could. “Ouch!” Milly shouted as she fell over on the stairs and Amy and Kate burst out in laughter again this time twice as loud!

Kate skipped to the door and opened it very slowly just to make sure that it was definitely him and she wasn’t hallucinating, excitement shining in her eyes. As soon as she noticed a glimpse of Nathans soft, brunette hair she threw the door open, so hard it nearly fell off its hinges, and ran into his arms. Nathan nestled his face into her strawberry scented hair, the feelings of insecurity drifted away, replaced by safety and contentment. He never wanted to let go he wished he could just stay with Kate in his arms forever. Kate was his world and without her there would be nothing. He kissed her on the forehead and then took her petite hand in his and followed the boys into the homely cottage.

Amy guided them all into the living room, signalling to them to take a seat. An awkward feeling spread throughout the living room, each person in the room had the same expression across their faces. Abruptly, laughter erupted from everyone present and then Jay began to talk and the awkwardness swiftly evaporated.
