"I'm back" I say as I enter the apartment from working all day

"I'm in the kitchen" I hear Alexa say as Toulouse greets me at the door, he jumps and yipes all around me

"How'd it go with Shane?" I ask her as I set my stuff down and join her in the kitchen

"Pretty great" she smiles but tries to hide it

"Oh god...tell me about it" I giggle and sit down on the bar stool to hear about their date

"Well he ended up taking me out to eat..." She begins and walks into the living room, I join her and sit on the loveseat that's facing the couch she sits on

"It was really cute and romantic, he-"

"Yeah yeah yeah" I interrupt her, "Tell me about the sex" I say

"Ariana!" Alexa giggles

"You know that's all I want to know" I roll my eyes playfully

"Yeah I do know" she laughs, "There wasn't much talking when we got back, if that's what you want to know" she says with a smile on her face. She really has feelings for Shane, he's a really nice guy, but he's like Ricky. He's super sweet and it's not fun. Alexa got so hung up in trying to keep their relationship interesting that she didn't realize he didn't care anymore. She says that they were on a break, but in reality, he broke up with her. Of course I don't argue with her about it, she's my best friend. I'm just glad that she's happy I guess

"Mhm" I hum for her to continue

"It wasn't anything extravagant, but it was pretty great" she shrugs

"How many times?" I ask shortly

"Four" she responds in a shy tone

"Jesus" I awe

Alexa and I tell each other everything, and I mean everything. From job related to sex related, nothing stays a secret between us.

My chest tightens at her word choice. Love. No, she can't love him. He's so annoying and just....he's just really fucking annoying

"Yeah I know you do!" I laugh at her, "Look at yourself"

She laughs and shakes her head at me, "You're so annoying" she teases me

"You say that like its a bad thing?"

She rolls her eyes playfully as the room gets quiet

I think their relationship is super cute and I love how happy he makes her, but I cannot for the life of me stand to be around him. I hide it pretty well, at least I think

He's kind of like Justin, he's always flirting and he's always touching her. Whether he's poking at her, tickling her, kissing her, or just holding her hand. He is always touching her. I feel like Justin would stop if I told him to though, Justin's not that annoying. I just like to mess with him, it's cute when he gets upset or frustrated.

"So what about you?" She speaks up, pulling me out of my thoughts

"What about me?" I ask and pull my eyebrows together
