Lucia's POV
I want to do something fun tonight after school. I want to use my fake id to get into a club.
"What are you doing today after school" I ask Mya.
"Study I guess" she closes her locker.
"You want to go to the club with me" I wiggle my eyebrows.
"On a school night?" She says shocked.
"Who's doing what on a school night" Luke shows up out of nowhere.
"Nothinggg" I sing.
"Anyways, I'm here to ask you if you want to go on a date tonight with me" he looks at Mya.
Mya stands there speechless.
"M-m me?" She points to herself.
"Yes. You Mya" he smiles.
"Uh-Uh, sure" she says flustered.
They exchange numbers, and Luke leaves.
"Oh my gosh, did that just happen?" Mya squeals.
"Looks like you just abandon me for Luke" I say hurt.
"I'm sorry Lucia. Plus, you shouldn't go to clubs anyways" she talks to me in a mother tone.
"PARTY AT MY HOUSE" a guy name Lucas yells throughout the hallways.
"Looks like I'm going" I smirk at her.
"Just come over to my house and help me get ready before you go to the party" Mya says before walking to her class.
---
I walk to health class, and Mrs. River seems better. She's smiling again.
"I have your grades for the projects you guys did" Mrs. River begins walking around the class.
She hands back a piece of paper to each group.
Ethan gets the paper for our group and immediately cheers.
"We made a 100" he smiles.
"Settle down class. There's only one group who made a perfect score on this project out of all my health classes I teach" she eyes our group.
"All your presentations were amazing, and I hope that you guys are satisfied with your grades" she takes a seat in her chair.
---
The bell finally rings, and I'm about to bolt out of health class when Mrs. River tells me she needs to talk to me.
I mentally groan wondering what I did.
"Yes Mrs. River" I walk up to her desk.
"I just wanted to say that your presentation the other day was breathing taking, but I was wondering where'd your resources come from" she places her hand under her chin.
Shit.
"Your PowerPoint didn't have any of the information you said on it" she adds.
"I don't know. I guess I just spoke what I thought" I say.
She looks at me with hesitation.
"And how would you know about all of what you said that day" she questions.
"Experience" I say before leaving her class.

Lunch is what makes school a little bit better. I open my lunch I brought from home and wait for Mya to get here.
