Graduation Part 3

"You come to me on the day of my graduation and have the balls to ask a favor of me?" I look around the faces sitting at the round table. I give each and every one of them direct eye contact.

Andre is the first to speak up. He leans closer to the table. "See it's not only your graduation day but it's ours also." He gestures to the other three people at the table. "This glorious day is all of ours and I refuse to let you have total control just because you are the God Mother. Don't forget I'm the God Father." He wiggles his finger in a mocking manner.

"Silence you! You think you dare to disrespect the God Mother by talking to her like this!" Imma slams her hands on the table while yelling.

"Who do you think you are! Know your place when speaking to the God Father!" Spenser yells towards Imma while leaning over the table.

"Back the hell up before you get hurt!" Tonii warns him reaching in purse.

"Calm down." I motion to Tonii and Imma to return to sitting. Andre sees me control my back up and he does the same to Spenser with the wave of his hand.

"God Mother, I am here to make a deal with you.no injury will come to you or your lackeys if you choose to agree. I think it's in your best interest to agree. That pretty face of yours would go to waste covered in blood." Andre smirks at me. I think over his words, while movement in the corner of my eye catches my attention.

Tonii, Imma, and I stand up and draw our guns on Andre and Spenser. At the same time their guns are also drawn on us.

"Not only beautiful but smart. You came to this meeting with guns ready." Andre shakes his head in amusement.

"Always prepared. Especially when dealing with the likes of you." I smirk at him.

"Lower your guns!" Spenser demands.

"Nah hoe you good." Imma responds while a teasing grin on her face.

"It seems like blood will be she's today. And to think it was such a beautiful day." I say before giving Tonii and Imma the signal and shots ring out. We empty our clips until a cry rings out.

"Oh shit my eye!" Andre yells. Imma, Tonii and I start laughing. I look around the room to see the damage our Nerf guns did.

"Let me see your eye." Imma tells Andre. She walks towards him only to be shot in the chest by Spenser. Silence follows before we all break out into laugher.

"Y'all still in here playing God Father? The party has started so clean up and come one." Carol tells me before leaving the way she came. We pick up the damage and fix the chairs.

"Before we walk outside. I want to say I'm proud of each and everyone of you. We did it and we did it together. It used to be just two of us...." Tonii stops her speech to look at me. "...and then we gained a huge crazy piece." We all look at Imma to find her avoiding our gaze. She know damn well she the crazy one. "Then we got Spenser. Who we thought would be the last piece of our puzzle." Spenser smiles at Tonii's words. "Then our Sophia goes out and brings a stray home." We all laugh at her words while Andre just mean mugs us. "Okay I'm done with the jokes. But on the real, Andre you're apart of us now. You don't only have a relationship with Sophia, but you've created friendships with all of us. Today we graduated from high school and I have no idea what the future holds, just know I love each and every one of y'all." We all do a group hug. Tonii sheds a few tears and we cheek over ourselves before joking the party in the back yard.

"CONGRATULATIONS!!!" The crowd of people gathered in my back yard yell towards us. We smile and walk deeper into the back yard. While we were attending graduation, the party company Uncle Mike paid were busy setting everything up. Bright colors flood the back yard in the form of balloons, streamers, banners, tables, chairs confetti floating around. Our pool has been covered with some hard ass plastic so you're able to stand on it and walk across without falling through. There's a DJ booth and a dance floor next to it.
