Prologue

I am currently standing at the exact spot i was 2 years ago. Sa starboard side ng Prince of the Star. Malapit na kami dumaong sa pier na Cagayan de Oro City, it is still 5:am medyo mamula mula na ang langit hudyat na malapit na lalabas ang araw. I feel so peacefull habang nililipad-lipad ng hangin ang aking mahabang buhok, so peaceful.... and so Ironic kasi kabaliktaran sa naramdaman ko sa panlabas na anyo ang naramdaman kung bigat sa loob.

I’m coming home after a year of being away, masaya ako sa kaalaman na yon, but also am so down and lonely and frustrated at the same time.  Something to do with what i failed to do when im in Cebu. Something to do with the reason why i left home at nakipagsapalaran sa city na yon.  I grow up in our little barangay in Bukidnon, i love country life, the simplicity, the peacefulness and contentment.  But i had to leave home because of him, or mas tamang sabihin, to find him.
