19: Vlogs For Days

An entire month has elapsed since he asked me the big question. I am still unaware of how I was able to keep this a secret from my viewers. They knew about the Septiceye ring, but I had a feeling that if they saw the official gold- band ring...

They would freak out.

"TOP OF THE MORNIN' TO YA, LADDIES, MY NAME IS JACKSEPTICEYE, AND I AM HERE, LIVESTREAMING TODAY WITH THE LOVELY AND AMAZING (Y/N)!" Jack yelled his customary intro and explanation of the video, then turned to me and whispered,

"Otherwise known as the future Mrs. McLoughlin..." I giggled, giddy with happiness from the events that had happened only a month earlier. He grabbed my hand under the desk and squeezed it tightly. I squeezed his hand back and had to keep a giggle from breaking out of my throat. A comment just came in-

'what did he whisper? NO SECRETS YOU TWO!' I pointed out the comment laughed as Jack said,

"Oh, you'll find out our secret soon enough. That's the whole point of this livestream and why it's called 'Surprises' ." He laughed, and more comments came streaming in-

'what happened?'

'when was this?'

'who did what, where, and when'

'why are you hiding from us?'

'did you guys kill Mark?' I giggled at that last one, saying,

"Chill out, you guys, we did not kill Mark. You'll find out... Now?" I asked, turning to Jack. He nodded, and I took a deep breath.

"So... Members of the Jacksepticeye and (Y/T/N) family... I don't know where to begin..." I started, my voice shaking for reasons unknown. The comments section is still flooding, asking us what happened. I smiled as Jack laid a hand over mine off camera, and simply said,

"(Y/N). I don't know how to say this. Let's just show them, shall we?" He squeezed my hand, then took it and showed it to the camera, my double rings facing the lens. Now that all of YouTube (and Twitch) could see my rings, the entire comments section went dead silent as it clicked for everyone what the rings meant. One comment came in-

'you guys... does this mean...?'

"Yes, it means." Jack said.

"WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!" We yelled together. I could practically hear the comments section screaming. The internet started lagging as comment after comment came in in all caps-

'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH'

'OHMYGOSH I AM DEAD THIS IS SO EXCITING'

'(S/N) AWAYYYYY'

'EVEN MY DOG IS EXCITED'

'I TOLD MY MOTHER WHO WATCHES YOU AND SHE SCREAMED'

'IM SO DEAD CONGRATULATIONS'-and hundreds upon thousands of other comments like that. Then, the questions came pouring in- phase two of freak outs.

'when's the wedding?'

'where is it?'

'when did Jack propose?'

'what time will it be at?'

'can i come?'

And then I caught a comment from Mark.

"Congratulations, (Y/N) and Jack. I couldn't be happier for the two of you. This proves that my plans always work. This was the best result yet ;D'

"Well, thank you, Mark. We are eternally grateful that you do have amazing plans. And to answer your questions, the wedding is on June 22, because two years ago that was the day Jack asked me to be his girlfriend. We decided we'll get married in Ireland, at a place called Moonlight Pond. Jack proposed last month, and it was the best day of my life. It'll be sometime in the evening, because the pond looks prettiest in the moonlight. If you find our wedding spot, we can't stop you from crashing... But don't crash it though! And thank you, Mark. Shout out to that Goofy Goober. None of this would have happened had me and Jack not gone to America. We do have a fondness for ponds..." I stopped there, exchanging a look with Jack as we snickered about the inside jokes. We continued the livestream, answering comments about us and the wedding and generally having a fabulous time. The last comment I answered was,

'Are your YouTube friends going to be there?'

"Yeah, of course!" Jack answered. "Mark is my best man. Wade, Felix, Bob, Malcolm, Alex, Jason, Ethan, and Michael are all my groomsmen because it's my wedding and I can. Molly and Marzia, Keeva and Harmony, and (Y/N)'s sister, Rose are bridesmaids, along with some of (Y/N)'s childhood friends, (Name 4 childhood friends). All our family will be there. It'll be a relatively small wedding, but it's huge for us and this is how we want it." Jack said, smiling. One last comment came in-

'KISS!'

"Fine." I giggled. "I guess you crazy people need a pre-wedding screenshot..." I turned to Jack, just in time for him to look at me. I could see the laughter in his eyes as he leaned over to kiss me. We pulled apart, then waving to the camera, laughing as more comments came in.

'AAAAAAAAA SCREENSHOTS'

'I THINK THE INTERNET IS BREAKING'

'I HAVE DIED OF CUTENESS'

'MUCH LOVE'

'CAN ANYBODY ELSE SAY FINALLY?'

'I WANT MY BOYFRIEND TO LOOK AT ME THE WAY JACK LOOKS AT HER'
