A/N: Hey Guys.
This is a poem I wrote a few days ago after listening to "I Can't Stop Drinking About You" by Bebe Rexha. The song kinda means a lot to me.
I hope you guys like the poem, if you do then please don't forget to VOTE & COMMENT! :)

There is no more liquor on the shelf,
An empty bottle stands in the middle
Of the table, like a piece of decoration,
Being shown off to impress, I still find
A bitterness on my tongue, the fire burns
My throat and makes me veins scream, my body's
So alive, I know what I'm doing, there's no need
For a debate, I've learnt my lesson, alcohol
Is something I can easily take, my heart's grown
Too cold to break. I remember you and I making out
On the backseat of your rover, your lips on my neck,
You bit my skin and almost made me bleed. I loved the
Feeling of your hands gripping my waist, your hold
Too tight, painting shades of blue and purple, to stand
Out, so everyone could see I was yours, then I let you go,
I must've been insane, I didn't know love ever could feel
So good, I was like a child, kidding myself. I can't stop
Drinking about you, every shot gets stronger, like the pain
I was made to feel, because of you, it's been a while since
I've dreamed of those days, or looked at my phone, expecting
A call, darling, I hate the person I've become, thank you
For the memories, now I'd rather feel completely and utterly numb.
