Chapter :5 "It Doesnt Take Long"

Victoria's POV:
Logan turned out to be in a few of my classes and sat next to me in each one. I ignored him mostly and he only spoke occasionally, asking me where i was from and other things.

I walked out of my history class and started towards my locker. I approached my locker when i found ashton walking down th hallway towards me.

"hey" i said, giving him a small smile. Imagine my surprise when he just looked at me and moved on.

Like i hadnt said anything.

This was way too wierd. What was going on?! I whirled around and called out a bit louder this time.

He didn't  even turn back.

Had i done something? I frowned unsure of what was going on. I walked to my locker and grabbed my books. I turned made my way to my next class. I wasnt sure what had happened but i wasnt gonna beat myself up over it.

I came home after school and walked straight to my room, tired. I heard a knock and saw tammy come in.

"hey" she said, nonchalantly. I smiled at her "whatsupp" i asked, looking back at my homework.

"oh, nothing " she said, looking anywhere but me. " ok, tammy. Tell me whats wrong" i chided. She let out a sigh of frustration and continued.

"i met this guy, ok? " she said, guilt flashing in her eyes. " tammy you know we cant do that, its too dangerous.. "i started before she cut me off" its not like that, tori. I can control and read his mind " she said.

I nodded slowly. " i dont understand. Whats wrong then? " i asked. " well" she started "i read his mind and thats how i know he likes me. " she rambled.

I raised my brows. This was unexpected. "okay...." i encouraged. She looked up before continuing "i kinda like him too, tori, and this scares me" she mumbled, looking small. I smiled and said "its okay to feel scared but you just tell him how you feel" i advised. I was pretty proud at that moment. That was some hella good big sister advice.

Tammy nodded, obviously satisfied with my advice. "so" she continued "whats up with you" i whipped my head up in her direction and found her smirking "busted" she sang.

I shook my head and said " you know that imbecile who spilt his drink on me at the beach?" i asked. Tammy nodded slowly "well, he is in my grade and in some of my classes and on my first day, he was nice and sweet to me. He was so interested and then today, i passed him in the hallway and said hi but he didnt even look at me. I have no clue whats up" i finished with a sigh .

"you like him" tammy whispered, a crazy grin on her face. I laughed hysterically "of course not" i defended "i'v known the guy for two days" tammy became serious as she said " it doent take long for your heart to find its soulmate"

We looked at each other and began giggling at her cheesiness. We talked for a bit before tammy went to her own room to do homework. I decided to stop over thinking this. I didnt know him. I didnt need to.
