chapter 23: "have your way with me "

TORI'S POV

i land on my couch with a sigh . a smile finds its way onto my face . i let out another sigh , this one with a happy undertone . today was friday , the last day of the week . which means tomorrow , Ashton and i would go on our very first date . it may be unconventional to a lot of people that we began dating without even going on a date . but then again , our circumstances weren't exactly conventional .

i smiled fondly thinking of today . we had finished school and were walking towards the parking lot when he pulled my wrist . i whirled around and looked at him expectantly . "you know " he began , his trademark smirk making its way onto his face "tomorrow , the amusement park seems like a good idea " i snorted at him "an amusement park? what are you , five ?" he chuckled and pinched the tip of my nose "i meant together , smartass".

i realised what he meant and without fail , a blush made its way onto my face .  i wasn't very pale , but the blush was pretty evident "oh " i said,looking down .he chuckled and reached up cupping my flaming face 

'you're so adorable when you blush for me , victoria " he teased . my head shot up in surprise "victoria" i laughed "since when do you call me that ?' . now it was his turn to look sheepish "i just thought i'd try it . i'v always called you tori , but victoria sounds so beautiful too" he said. 

the light blush turned into a flaming catastrophe . 

"you have got to stop saying things like that or soon i'm going to look like a tomato " i warned . he smiled playfully ."anyways , victoria" i rolled my eyes "will you make me a happy man and be my date to an amusement park tomorrow" i nodded and giggled "as long as you agree to come with me on the carousel , i will definitely be you date ashton" i teased . he laughed and muttered something about princessy rides. 

i picked up my phone and opened his contact ,typing a text . 

V: i can't wait to go on that carousel with you tomorrow .

A: i'd rather not . i have my reputation to maintain sweetheart . i won't be worshipped if i'm caught riding ponies to disney songs . 

i chuckled at his response . we may have been through a lot but he was still the same . 

V: well , i thought i'd kiss you for being so nice and cooperative and making me happy , but i mean if you don't want it ...

A: who said anything about not wanting it ;) ..when we get there the first ride we're stepping on will be that carousel . 

i outright laughed at that .

i put my phone away and went to get something to eat when i heard the door open . tammy sauntered in and shut the door behind her humming and smiling off into space . "tammy" i asked my voice holding a hint of amusement "what has you so happy hmm?" i asked 

she snapped into focus , her eyes clearing over. "umm" she muttered "its nothing " she squeaked and moved to run past me . i out my hand out efficiently stopping her .i raised a perfectly plucked brow "spill" i said poking her stomach. 

"i have a date ok?" she muttered , blushing cutely "oh my god me too!" i yelled .she looked up in surprise "really?!" she asked smiling . i nodded giggling. "let me guess" she drawled "ashton?" i nodded smiling . "and what about you , little miss i love secrets" i teased " who is taking you out on yours?" . 'remember that guy i was telling you about " she asked . i gasped and squealed "you're going on a date with beach boy?!" i yelled . she laughed and nodded . "that's awesome " i smiled . 

guess i wasn't the only one then .
