The Fight With Pearl

"My Diamond!" "I know..the rebels are back fighting against our forces." "They're destroying everything! We have to put an end to this now!" She got up summoning her scythe and put her helmet on. "I will." She walked out and headed twords the battle field. "After all these years you decide to come back.." she stepped on the open floor and made everyone around her stop fighting and look at her as she split her scythe in half. "Where are they." They separated away from Rose, Pearl, and Garnet letting her run towards them. "I'll protect you rose!" Zircon punched Pearl out of the way and struck down on Garnets gauntlets.

"Move!"

   She grabbed Garnets face and let the visor on her helmet disappear as she stared into her eyes. "Zircon, no!" Pearl quickly threw a spear piercing Zircons arm making her let go and quickly followed up with another attack. Zircon grabbed her spear when she attacked her with it and put her hard visor back on before head butting her. "I'm going to crush you all!" Zircon took the spear out of her arm and pulled a chain out of her Diamond. She wrapped it around her fist rushing towards Pearl. "Don't you dare interfere!" Pearl put her arm up stopping Zircon from hitting her face and put a huge crack on her helmet as she punched her away.

   "Zirconia please calm down and let us talk." Zircon looked at Rose and started running towards her. "It's been so long..and you expect me to sit and talk!? You turned her against me!!" She put power into her chained fist and punched through her thick pink sheild. "Rose!" Pearl ran up to Zircon kicking her away from Rose and quickly putting her guard up. "Calm yourself Zirconia. Don't let built up rage take over you like this." "There's no point in conversation Rose, she's lost her way..just like any other controlled Diamond!" "Controlled Diamond? Controlled Diamond!?" Zircon set the chain on fire and took her helmet off now showing her Magenta eyes. "Her color.." Rose put Pearl behind her sheild when Zircon started punching repeatedly at her.

"How dare you!"

    Garnet sat up and watched as Zircons flames roared and flared up. "Pearl...Rose.." Garnet darted after Zircon and punched her making her slide across the floor. "You must stop this-" Garnet dropped to her knees and looked down looking at the scythe stuck inside of her body. "Do. not. interfere." Zircon kicked her down making her separate into two once more. Pearl gritted her teeth and took off after Zircon. "Zircon!!!!" Zircon put her fist up once more and smiled grimly. She punched her spear as she threw it and kept running towards her angry and hurt. "Why did I agree to do this?" Zircon kept fighting Pearl as she thought to herself.
    
     "I let you go so easily..I could've kept you with me forever and I was weak enough to let you go..." "only because I wanted to protect you and what we had." "You're special to me Pearl...and you still know that..deep down buried under all those lies you want to come back to me and stay by your side...but Rose..Rose took that away from you and ME I could've stopped her but I was to stupid to see through her. "She knew she would cause me pain!! She knew that I would agree to keep you safe!!...unless...I'm just to angry to see why she really did it.." Zircon snapped back to reality realizing the many Spears in her back and arms.

   "You will not win here!" Zircon looked down then back up at Pearl with a smile. "Rose Quartz.." Rose looked at Zircon with her guard still up and answered. "Yes.." "You promised me that you would protect her..not turn her against me." "I did not turn her against you. I simply told her the truth about Home World." "You've brainwashed her.." "think rationally Zirconia! Why would I just take her away from you like this and turn her against you!" Zircon stood up straight and stared at Rose. Roses' eyes grew wide when she noticed Zircons hand move. "I don't want to..but I was ordered to shatter you all." Pearl stood in front of Rose and lifted her spear. Zircon shook her head and closed her eyes.
    "You're giving me no choice Pearl, please stop fighting." "No! I must protect Rose Quartz!" Zircon sadly smiled and chuckled. "Fine." She ran towards Pearl full of sorrow and swung at her trying not to hit her Gem as she did. "What happened to your spunk huh? Did it just vanish?" "No matter how angry I get you know I won't shatter your Pearl." "Is it because you're to weak to do it?" Zircon stopped swinging and stood straight up. "I can crush you now if I wanted and you know that." "But you wont." "Stop antagonizing me Pearl." "Im not, only telling the truth." Pearl stood confident and looked at Zircon.

     "There's no point in battle if you won't even hit me with all you have! I'm not your precious Pearl anymore Zircon, I moved on and so should you...you taught me this when you told me to leave this place." "You think I just easily moved on? One thousand years and you think this? You were always one tracked Pearl and won't change it. Did you not pay attention to me when I told you to leave!? Of course I didn't want you to go but I did it to keep you safe!" "Keep me safe? More like save your own back." Zircon laughed and took her helmet off as she looked down. "I wish you could understand what I had to go through..for one thousand years I waited to see you and this is what I get? A fight with you? The many excruciating years without you the many gems I've shattered trying to ease my anger, my sadness?" She looked up at Pearl holding her tears back. "I'm sorry to have ever decided to save you, especially since I've caused you so much trouble and pain." She threw her scythe in the ground making it stick up, she then threw her helmet down and walked away.
