Stevens dreams

Zircon quickly jumped down with Steven in her arms running as fast as she could. "We're going to her head on!?" "Only to see how she works-!!" Zircon stopped suddenly catching Steven as he flew off her back and almost into the lava. "That was close!" He looked up and saw the large gem looking down at them. "Uh...Zircon?" "Hold on Steven." Zircon set him down and took out her scythe. "Zircon I thinks she's going to attack now.." zircon kept doing what she was doing not noticing Stevens worry.

    "Steven!!" Steven jumped when he heard the gems voice and panicked even more when he saw her foot coming down to fast. "Zircon look out!" He pushed zircon out of the way getting stomped on. "Steven!!!" Pearl said running outside with the others. "I'm fine!" As the foot lifted up Steven was sitting there In his bubble smiling. "Here I come!" Steven started rolling In place as the gem picked him up. "I'm floating?" He looked at the gem and looked into her bright emerald eyes. "Woah..." She put him in her mouth and started walking again. Pearl sat there in shock watching it walk away slowly. "No.." Zircon got up and held her hand out for pearl. "We aren't going to sit here like weaklings and cower." Pearl grabbed her hand and looked up at her.

    "We're going to get Steven back no matter what." Zircon nodded at Garnet signaling them to fuse into sugilite. "I promise we'll get him back." The two fused into Morganite again quickly going after the gigantic gem. "Give Steven back to us." She angrily said in her deep soft voice. She summoned her scythe and threw it up at her. "Do you not hear me?" It latched onto her thick skull like jaw giving her a chance to climb up. "Sugilite! Aim for the knees!" Sugilite smiled as she swung her gigantic fist around. "One knee coming right up!" Sugilite threw her hard fist knocking out one of her legs. "Ah!" She dropped to her knee and quickly tried standing up. "Steven..!!" Morganite climbed into her mouth as she yelled and summoned a spear.

"Why are you so fond of Steven?"

    She pushed up with all of her strength opening her mouth and quickly propped her mouth open with the spear. "Steven where are you?" Morganite looked around searching for Steven as fast as she could. "You can't take him!!" The gem yelled as she grabbed Morganite and threw her out of her mouth. "No!" Morganite grabbed the loose chain holding on as the giant gem jumped up twoards the sky. "Where's she taking my little man!?"
"Are you going to Homeworld!?" Morganite held on tightly as she broke the atmosphere into space. "Oh no..." She held onto her with all her might trying to stay on the best she could as the gem flew off to Homeworld. "Go back! You can't take him as your prisoner-" morganite slipped off slowly falling back into the atmosphere. "Steven..!" she split back into two letting Zircon push Pearl back into the atmosphere alone. She grabbed her one last time and kissed her forehead then let her go again. "Tell the others where I am and come get me and Steven." she used what power she had left to start floating towards home world. "I'll get you out of there Steven." She grabbed onto the ledge and pulled herself up.

    "I won't shatter anyone.." she ran through the empty halls looking around carefully. "Steven?" She whispered. She looked over to her right and saw Steven still in his bubble trapped in a rib like cage. "Steven!" He looked at her and smiled brightly, then faded as he realized what was to happen to her. "Zircon no, it's a trap!" Zircon kept running towards him not being able to hear him. "Zircon go back!!" She touched the rib cage and jumped back when two gems came crashing down. "What is this?" More gems came from behind her and ran at her with their weapons up. She moved punching one in the face letting the gem fall to the floor. "Don't shatter!" she picked it up still avoiding the others attacks and bubbled it up sending it off. As she stood straight up she almost got hit as the gem aimed for her making her move as the other gem barley scraped her face with its sword.

   "That was close!" She punched hitting one gems head making it poof into smoke and looked at Steven laughing. "See Steven I'm OK!" She scratched her head nervously as she walked towards him. His eyes grew wide as he saw another gem slightly bigger than Zircon wearing a cloak like uniform that shined a bright Yellow. He banged on the bubble as hard as he could getting her attention. "What's wrong Steven?" She turned around and looked at the yellow gem as she blocked the large sharp mallet like weapon. "Who are you supposed to be!?" She said noticing her scratched Diamond. "The guard of Rose Quartz. I am to guard her no matter the enemy." "That's not Rose! How many times do we have to tell you all that!?" Zircon blocked again making her Diamond crack a little. "You're pretty rough aren't ya?" Zircon held her arm and summoned her scythe.

"Let's dance."

    She ran towards her quickly having to block again. "Oh no...her Diamond is cracking.." Steven finally let the bubble drop and ran to Zircons side. "Steven?" "You're here because of me so I'm here to help you!" She looked at him and lost her smile as she saw the mallet heading her way. "Not this time Steven." She caught it and slid back still holding on. "This time it's for real...blue Diamond and yellow Diamond are here I can't have you in the way." She put her thumb up and smiled at him again. "Go and get the others so I can hold them off!" Steven hesitated for a moment then nodded his head. "I'll be back as fast as I can!" He looked again before running off. She watched him then looked back at the yellow gem. "I'm not going down so easily." She said in a serious tone getting ready to fight back with all of her strength.
