Luke is home tomorrow and we get to find out the sex of our baby and I am so excited. I spoke to Luke last night and he is going to catch a flight home as its a 15 hour drive and missed me. I told him I would pick him up at the airport in the morning and we would head straight to Dr Cassidys office for the scan. I sent Luke a text before I went to sleep for night, KB>LB hey baby, see y'all tomorrow love you xxxx I didn't expect a reply from him as he would still be on stage. My phone beeps with a notification that he was going live (yes I do have my husbands app 😀) I seen him up on stage, and he addressed the crowd, "Hey y'all this Song goes out to my beautiful wife I hope you see this and I will see you tomorrow, I love you baby, to the moon and back,

The tears were streaming down my face he was such a romantic. I pinged him I text KB>LB I saw it baby and you are the best, love you to the moon and back xxxxxx I put my phone on the charge and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
I woke up at 7am and I had two text messages from Luke. Firstly one saying he loved me and the second one telling me he was on his way to the airport and his flight would get into Nashville International at 930. I didn't text him back as he would already be in the air so I got up and got my self washed, dressed and took Hunter for a quick swim in the pond. I got my things together and got in my truck and headed up highway 65 towards the airport. It would take about 35 minutes to arrive at the airport so I have plenty of time to park up and wait at the gate for him. When I arrived I parked up and headed to gate 4. I started to see people coming out and there he was my beautiful husband

We locked eyes and I ran up to him "Someone missed me, be careful darlin, your carrying precious cargo there" I kissed him like I had never kissed him before, "Well I can't help it if you are irresistible baby" "So are y'all ready to find out if we are having a girl or a boy" he said as he rubbed my belly. "You better believe it baby" Luke said he would drive to the doctors to give me a break from driving but actually it's just because he loves driving my truck whilst holding my hand, he's such a gentleman.
We arrived at the Woman's Medical Associates of Nashville for our appointment. "Hi Mr and Mrs Bryan, I'm Dr Cassidy and I will be your Obstetrician how are y'all this morning" "I'm doing really good the morning sickness has subsided and in feeling really good" I said, She then turned to Luke said "Mr Bryan I saw you opening show in Evansville, you were fantastic" He smiled and said, "Oh thank you darlin'" "Well how about we find out what your little bundle of joy is, Katie why don't you pop up on the bed and pull your top up" I sat up in the bed and Luke was instantly by my side like a child waiting on Santa. "You will feel a cold sensation Katie so don't worry" She put the jelly on my belly and turned on the monitor, "Y'all ready" "Yes ma'am" said Luke. I just nodded my head because I was so overwhelmed. She put the sonograph on and moved it around and then you're heard the strongest heartbeat ever. I turned and looked at Luke and he was crying tears of happiness, Dr Cassidy then said, "Well y'all ready to find out" "Yes" we said in unison "Well it looks like y'all are having a little BOY" I turned to Luke and he had the biggest smile on his face "A little hunting buddy" he smiled "The one and only"
