Luke's POV
I was meeting Jason and Hunter at the cabin we had rented for the weekend so we could hunt some bucks. It had been so long since I had met up with the boys, now don't get me wrong I love my family to the moon and back but sometimes you just gotta get back to nature, camo and be one of the boys. I stopped past the store to pick up some beers and whiskey.
"Hey Handsome miss me" I heard someone say from the end of the aisle.
"Chevy what the fuck are you doing here" I said angrily
"I work here moved here about a month ago" she said all flirty, "what you doing here, where is your pretty little wife"
"Not that it's any of your business but I'm on a hunting trip with the boys and Katie is down in Florida with Bo"
I loaded cases of beer onto my cart,
"Hope your little get away don't end up like your Super Bowl party, that was one hell of a night" she said winking
"Whatever Chevy, but just to set the record straight" I walked up to her and whispered in her ear, "I've had better"
Next thing I knew she slapped me clean across the face,
"Asshole" she said and walked away
I couldn't help but laugh, that slap was worth the look on her face. I loaded up my trolley and went to the check out. On my way to the car I decided to call Katie
"Hey baby" she said
"Hi baby, in just heading back from the store. You will never guess who I met" I didn't know if I should tell her but I didn't want any secrets to be between us either,
"Who" she asked quizzically
"Chevy"
There was silence, "baby you still there"
"Yeah, that's convenient ain't it"
"Baby it's nothing like that, I put her in her place and ended up getting slapped in the process"
"She fucking slapped you" she said angrily "why"
"She was being all flirty and brought up the night of the super bowl and she wasn't to happy when I told her that I had better"
I heard her laugh,
"Well that better be me you were referring to there mister"
"Who else baby"
"Well I will call you tomorrow after 11 and I would love it if we could have some alone phone time if you know what I mean"
"Mmmm I wonder, yeah I'm sure I can get Caroline to watch Bo for a little while"
"It's a date, love you baby"
I got in the car and headed to the woods.
I pulled up and the guys trucks where already there. I got the drinks out and headed to the door, opening it up I walked in and all the guys where there,
"Are we ready to get this party started, wife free weekend boys, things could get messy"
