Hey, I'm so sorry for such a late update, but this past weekend was so busy. My brother graduated college, and so it was like a family day, and then I was loaded with Chemistry. It's what happens when I take college courses :/

I hope you guys had a good weekend though :)

I got Midnight Memories!!!! :) Did you?

I think this chapter is going to be more of a filler :/

If you celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you have a terrific day, spent with family and loved ones :)

Don't forget to eat a lot of pie ;)

Love you

Cole hasn't left her room the entire week. She'd kept herself locked completely inside, not even daring to step a foot out the door. Majority of the time she's just in her room, with her blinds shut even though we're on an upper floor.

The only time she ever comes out of her room is to either grab something from the kitchen, or take a shower or anything like that. Otherwise, she's stuck in her room.

I've done as much convincing as I could do to at least try to get her to budge, but nothing works. Her stubbornness is completely unavoidable. If she doens't want to do something, good luck trying to get her to actually do it.

She is consistent with her excuses though, I'll give her that one. She's started her online classes now, so she always says that she's busy with that, or that she's got homework to do. I don't necessarily believe her, but I just leave it be. Sure, she's got schooling, but it's not like it's all day, every day.

Whenever I leave the flat to go out somewhere, she's in the same exact spot when I return. Usually Monk is in there with her, even though I'll steal him away for awhile so he can get some exercise instead of being cooped up all the time.

I feel like she's absolutely terrified to go anywhere, anymore. I'll ask her if she wants to come with me to go out, and she refuses. She gets this look in her eyes and her expression changes, and she gets a serious look, sort of like a look of displeasure, or fright.

But now, I was starting to get annoyed by it. She's got to get out of the house. She's got to get out in the sun, even if it's freezing outside. She needs fresh air.

I stood just outside of her closed door, and pushed it open without knocking first which is a pet peeve of hers. I leaned on the door frame, and crossed my arms. She was sitting on her bed with her legs straight out, with her laptop on her lap. She turned to look at me.

"What?" She asked.

"You need to get out of here," I stated.

She shook her head.

"No, I'm busy," she responded with a quick tone, and returned to typing.

"With what?" I pushed off the wall, and walked over to her bed.

She scooted over, and I sat right next to her.

"I'm catching up," she said while pointing at her screen.

She was 'catching up' in her schooling. Again with the excuses.

"Cole, you've been catching up for the past week. It's not going to kill you to go outside for an hour, okay?"
