I got the awakening I wasn't really expecting. Sirens, beeping, voices, and the occasional laughter creeping in through the windows. I was hoping maybe that I would wake up to silence and wake up naturally, but I was in the center of the city where that's not possible. It took me a moment to really take in how I was laying down.

I tried to lift up my head to take it in, but there was weight pushing down on it. I rubbed my eyes, and I was now clear of the position. I was sitting up with my back against the headboard, my head resting on Niall's shoulder, with his head resting atop of mine. His left arm was resting behind my neck, wrapping around to my arm. My right arm was resting on my stomach, with my left hand holding onto Niall's right.

I didn't want to move, just in case he was still sleeping, but the only way I would find out is if I got up. Once I moved my leg, Niall moved as well.

"You're awake?" Niall questioned.

"Ya. How long have you been up?"

"Not too long. About five minutes or so."

"Why didn't you wake me?"

"You look beautiful when you sleep."

I felt my cheeks flush red.

"As creeper as that sounds, thank you. Dork."

I let out a chuckle. "So I'm a dork now?"

I looked away and hopped off the bed heading towards my bag.

"Sweetie, you've always been a dork."

I reached in pulling out some clothes, and beanie, and a towel.

"I call the shower first!"

I ran over to the door before Niall even got out of bed, and locked it behind me.

I flipped on the shower, and turned it all the way to the right, wanting it as hot as it could be. It felt nice to be able to relax over the stress I've had over the past few days.

I found out I was adopted...sort of. Always lovely to find out. In a way though, it was actually satisfying to know that who I thought were my parents really weren't. That maybe Jade would have been a parent who would have treated me like a real parent should. Maybe she would've loved me unlike Carmen and Roger. But what annoyed me, was what did Jade have to do with them?

I stood in the shower for quite some time before I figured that I should get out. We were heading back to London for a bit today, and Niall still needed a shower, and he was the slowest out of all of us to get ready.

I don't know what took the boy so long, but I'll probably never figure it out.

I flipped the water off, and grabbed my towel. Once I was dry, I put on my black skinny jeans, which made me look like I had longer legs. I pulled my button up flannel shirt around my shoulders and slipped my arms in. I grabbed my teal colored beanie, and positioned it. I reached into my bag, pulling out the stud quotes earrings that Zayn gave me for my birthday.

"Cole, hurry up!" Niall tapped on the door.

Before he could tap again, I swung open the door, revealing a shirtless Niall.

I tried my best to keep my eyes on his to avoid his teasing.

"What happened to your shirt?"

"A ghost took it."

I laughed at his sarcasm, and pushed past him.

"Get in the shower you goof, we have to leave soon."

That's when he started to whine like a 5 year old.

"But I don't wanna sit on a plane for hours!"
