"You sound like him" she tugged her hand away "I was thinking that I was so tired of him in our lives just screwing things up as they get okay again." She said kind of raising her voice then lowered it "No I didn't kill him. I shot beside him and the bullet just grazed him"
Regina took s moment to study Emma. Now she knew what the tempting feeling was. "Emma I'm not lecturing you because I want him to be okay, but I don't want you to hurt yourself"
"I am fine Regina" emma looked at her
"Really? Because I sense something that shouldn't belong here"
"Like what? I am fine. There's nothing wrong"
"Then what is the darkness I'm senssing here?"
"I liked his pain. So what. It's not like it was that bad. Just a bit of blood"
For Regina this sounded far too familiar. "Trust me I know you think it's not bad but this only wants to grow"
"That's great, can we please not talk about this"
Regina rolled her eyes to Emma. She didn't want to loose Emma to darkness
Emma sat down the on the curb of the road pulling her knees to her chest her her forhead on her knees. She hated how everything was. Everything had been finally getting better before that one night
Regina put a hand on Emma's shoulder and kissed her head. "I just want to protect you" she said quietly
"I just want things to go back to normal" emma said quietly
"They will. Or as normal as they just can" she said and kneeled down beside Emma and kissed her temple
Emma sighed and lifted her head to look at Regina "I'm sorry"
"I know, and I'm sorry that I couldn't do anything about it"
Emma kissed her cheek "I hope he just leaves"
"Me too, and when he does, we can actually start living our lives"
"I can't wait"
"Me nether. But I need to go" she said and gave Emma a soft kiss on the lips. She didn't know if they were there yet, but it felt bit more normal. She got up. "Call me if you want company or to talk"
Emma had softly kissed her back and soon missed their connection. She gave her a nod. "I love you Regina"
"I love you too" she said and ealkes away. After the first corner she turned she transported herseld to Hooks ship. There was a question she needed an answer for
Hook was inside rebandaging his head from Emma's visit in the morning
"Well ain't that just charming" she mocked
He rolled his eyes and turned to her "And what the bloody hell do you want? My other hand?"
"Well you look like you would enjoy having an other" she said. "But actually, I wanted to know where did you get those potions"
"What does it matter? I won't be using them anymore"
"Oh I know you won't, but I still want to know, where you did get it?"
He rolled his eyes again and went over to the shelf and pulled out a thick book and tossed it to her "one of your mother's old spell books"
"Where did you get this" she said angrily
"I don't know, I've had it a long time. I used it when I made a potion to make emma forget you the first time."
Regina hold the books. "So I hope you desided to leave"
"And I hope right now that you get the fuck off my ship"
"Well I just hope you are clever enough to leave her alone" she was too stubborn to leave when ordered. No one ordered the queen around
"I am really not in the mood for this Regina. Have a bit of a headache as yu can clearly see"
"I could say the headache is kind of your own fault" she said and went through the book, to make sure there was no pages missing
"Can you just leave now? I would threathen to fuck you you again but I'm still kind of tired from my night with Emma" he smirked
"Oh you know nothing of being sore after sex" she laughed and moved closer. She put her hand around his neck. "And your threaths don't actually work after the times I've seen you quite helpless" she said her hand tightning on his throat
He struggled for air as her grip got tighter as he tried pushing her hands off of his neck
"You are in no place to put threaths on me." she said and loosen the grip a bit, to not make hin faint
