Emma put her arm around her pulling her close. She kissed her cheek then rested her head on her shoulder
Regina just burried her head on Emma. She just couldn't take this so easily.
Emma put her fingers through Reginas hair "hey its okay..." she said softly
"..I just hate this." she said quietly against her skin
"I know..." Emma sighed putting her arms around her wih her fingers still softly going through her hair
Regina didn't say anything and just tried to forget, she was not in the same room with him.
Emma held her close and kissed her temple. She knew it was all hard on Regina
Regina shaked for a while, before she pushed it out of her mind. "Breakfast?" she sat up asking in a tone that like nothing had happened
Emma gave her a small smile "sure"
Regina pulled her silkrobe around her body and walked downstairs
Emma got up and put on her tank top and jeans before following Regina down
Regina was making them coffee and some breakfast already wgen she cane down
Emma came behind her and wrapped her arms around be waist kissing the side of her neck
Emma got a small smile out of her and she leaned on her a bit as she cooked
Emma let go after a minute to pour herself a cup of coffee and sit on the counter
Regina put the food the the plates and pured herseld a cup too. She sat next to Emma on the counter
Emma smiled and kissed her cheek "wow I must have changed you. Not yelling at me about manners and instead joining me"
"Oh shut up" she smiled to her and lighty elbowed her when she started to drink her coffee. "I can always go back to nagging at you if you want"
"You still do that" Emma laughed a little and sipped on her coffee
"True." she said and kissed her cheek.
Emma took Reginas hand in her own
Regina smiled to her and kissed the back of her hand. She heard the kids come downstairs and yelled their goodbyes before the door clicked shut
Emma sighed and rested her head on Reginas shoulder
Regina kissed her head. "We can soon put this behind us and just live almost a week without worries"
"I can't wait. I'm really looking forward to it"
"Me too, no interruptions or anything she said and put the now empty cup down on the counter
Emma finished hers and set it down and gave Regina a soft kiss
Regina kissed her back and turned to put her legs over Emma's lap
Emma put her hands on Regina's lap smiling to her
Regina kissed her jaw and enjoyed this now calm moment
"I'm lucky to have you Regina" emma smiled and gave her a peck on the lips
"And I'm lucky to have you. It seems that for once the luck was on our side" she smiled to her
"And I hope it stays with us"
"Me too, because I enjoy too much to loose it"
"Me too" Emma smiled and gave her another kiss
Regina kissed Emma for a bit longer her hands coming around her neck
Emma smiled to her lips and put her fingers through her hair
Regina soon broke the kiss still smiling when she jumped off the counter. "Now eat up dear before it gets cold." she said and pointed the cookings on the counter as she took their empty coffee cups
Emma got off the counter and put some on her plate. She kissed Reginas cheek before going to the table
Regina took some juice and goined Emma on the table.
"Gonna eat?" Emma said looking to Regina
"No I'll skip the breakfast" she said sipping her juice
Emma rolled her eyes "you should eat"
"It's not like I'll go six feet under if I left the smalled meal"
"No, I'm just saying you should eat. Sheesh"
"I do eat, just not now dear"
"Yes I've seen you eat" emma rolled her eyes again and got up to go wash her plate
Regina smiled to her and finished her juice and put away the remaining food
"I'm gonna go have a shower if you don't mind" emma came and kissed Reginas cheek
"I don't, I clean here a bit"
"Okay" Emma went up and got in the shower
Regina stayed downstairs cleaning
Emma stayed in the shower for a few minutes before getting out and drying off before getting fully dressed
Regina was cleaning the kitchen like she was scrubbing away her worries and she was at least trying
