Regina let out a small sigh as they were getring back from the forest. "How would it sound uf we would left after next week." Regina wanted to have somekind of plans
"You think you and me will be better by then? I still feel a little weird, you know"
"I know, and it's bit hard for me too sometimes. But in week happens much im our life, and we can always push it an other week. And so on."
Emma kissed her softly "alright, sounds like a good idea. I just want things to get back to as normal as they can be"
"I know, and I want too, but we can't force things" she sighed
"I know." Emma gave her hand a light squeeze
"But there's also a chance, that this could make our relationship stronger" she said trying to stay optimistic. Or make both of us suffer till there's nothing good. There it was her tought going too far in her head.
Emma stopped them from walking pulling Regina into a tight hug "I'm going to everything I can to make this good again"
"And I will do my share of it. Both of us need to do the work" she said quietly against her neck, trying to push her earlier thoughts away
Emma hugged her tight and closed her eyes "We can do it" she said quietly
Regina just nodded against her shoulder
Emma held her there a bit longer before pulling away a bit
Regina pecked her lips. "We'll survive this"
"We always do" emma said with a small smile
Regina gave a small laughed. "Listen to us, we sound bit like your parents."
Emma laughed "Well that's true love then"
"Maybe it could be.." She said quietly
Emma gave her a soft kiss
Regina kissed her shortly smiling against her lips
Emma kissed her cheek after the kiss and started them walking again
Regina was just smiling, her bad thoughts pushed away, at least for now
"Want to stop by Granny's?"
"Sounds good." She said and walked them in Granny's
Emma pecked her lips as she went and sat down
Regina sat next to her
Emma wrapped her arm around Reginas waist liking to keep her close
Regina moved close so their hips were almost touching. Ruby took their orders soon, still looking bit weirdly at them
Emma desided to give her a weird look back just for the heck of it as she left them
Regina kissed Emma's cheek after Ruby had left.
Emma smiled "I wonder what Henry and Violet were doing up so late"
"Who knows, he always takes the opportunity to stay up late when I'm not home"
Emma laughed a little "well you can tell Henry didn't get enough sleep, he wasn't in a great mood"
"Yeap and Violet was still asleep"
"Yeah. I hope everything goes well when she goes to see her father" emma said before Ruby came back with their food
Regina didn't spoke until Ruby had left them. She didn't want to start any rumors. "Me too, I've become quite protective over her."
"I know. And still there isn't much we can do about that guy"
"You're right, I hope he has learned the lesson"
"He better have" emma took her arm from around her to start eating
Regina started eating. "He's just unbelievebly stupid if he hasn't."
Emma laughed a bit "Yes he would be"
Regina gave her a small smile, no matter the subject or time, she loved Emma's laugh
Emma finished eating and rested her head on Reginas shoulder
Regin finished was she was to eat. Not all of it. Regina stroked her hair and kissed Emma's forehead
Emma kissed her cheek then got up and went to pay
Regina waited Emma. Ruby took her payment. "Emma how is life going?" Ruby hadn't talked to her for so long
"everythings going well" emma gave her a smile
Ruby nodded sensing she didn't actually want to open up, she had seen her and Hook together there. "So are you actually happy with her?"
"of course I am. I love her with everything ive got" she gave her a warmer smile
Ruby was quite suprised ro hear her words, she had seen how Emma looked and acted with Regina, but hearing her say so was really a suprise. "That's good, I hope se treats you worthy."
"She does" emma went back and sat next to Regina again
"Had a good talk with Ruby?" she asked when Emma came back
