CHAPTER 20

Niall’s POV

“What was that about?” Louis asked us all about the way Harry just walked out of the room, “I have no idea” Liam replied “He likes Skylar” I simply said “Wait hold up, what?” Zayn said “Yeah, well im pretty sure, I kind of umm saw them kissing” I said “What! When?” Eleanor asked looking astonished as everyone else, “a couple days before we left for Australia, it was the day we went to the diner” I explained, “Wow” Liam said. Louis and Lauren stayed quiet throughout the conversation so I figured they already knew.

“So how were you planning to ask Skylar to be your girlfriend?” Eleanor asked me, “I honestly have no idea, I want it to be really special” I replied “I have an idea!” Lauren said and then whispered something into Eleanor’s ear and a huge grin formed on her face then they both came over to me and Lauren whispered the idea into my ear aswel. “That’s perfect” I said and we all smiled.

The conversation died down after a while and Lauren, Eleanor and Louis were all asleep on the couch and Liam had gone to bed. Zayn was staring at Lauren and rubbing her back gently as she slept, “You really love her don’t you?” I asked him, “Yeah man, I do” He stated “Does she know that?” I asked him “she knows I care about her a lot about her but I haven’t actually told her I love her” He whispered not wanting to wake her up, “why not?” I asked “I guess I don’t want to scar her away” He replied “What about you?” He said “What do you mean?” I asked “Your feelings towards Sky, How do you know you love her?” He asked me “I’m not sure I guess I just know, my heart beats faster just thinking about her. My stomach ties itself in knots when I see her, the way her hair falls perfectly around her face, the way she still looks flawless when she wakes up in the morning, there is no words to describe my love for her but all I know is that I am totally crazy about her, I want to be able to kiss her whenever I want and to protect her and make sure she is never upset again. I just want her to be mine” I finished, noticing that my eyes were glossy at the end; she makes me so emotional, I have never had this feeling before, that’s how I know its love.

After Zayn and I spoke a bit more about the girls we love we decided to go to bed, we gently woke up the others that were sleep on the couch before walking into my bedroom to find only 1 king sized bed. We are sharing beds? I look over and see Skylar’s petite little body sleeping on one side of the bed. Skylar only had the top sheet on and the duvet was kicked to the bottom of the bed but the temperature had drop quite a lot and I could see her little body shivering. I went into the bathroom that connected to our bedroom and changed into some light weight pajama pants and kept my shirt off, I walked back into the bedroom to find Skylar now sitting up in the bed, “Oh shit sorry, I didn’t mean to wake you” I said in a quiet voice “Oh, no you didn’t wake me, I didn’t even hear you come in, I swear we are back in London, it so cold now” She said with a giggle and I laughed with her “do they have a heater in here?” She asked “We are in Australia, I don’t think they know what heaters are” I joked and we both laughed again, “I didn’t know we had to share a bed, I can sle-“I started to say but she interrupted me “Don’t be stupid I’m not going to make you sleep on the floor” And with that I went and hopped into the other side of the bed, I switched off the lamp next to the bed and laid down, I pulled the duvet over us both to warm us up but Skylar was still cold, so I took it upon myself to wrap my arms around her and pull her body close to me, this felt so perfect.
