CHAPTER 34

Lauren’s POV

Well this is shit; I’m at the hotel by myself while all my friends are out with the Little Mix girls. I feel a little bit better now than I did earlier but I still feel nauseous. Now is a good time to go to the doctors and get checked out considering I can actually walk more than three meters before throwing up.

I gather my belonging which include my mobile phone, wallet and drink bottle and make my way out of the hotel room. I don’t bother about makeup or doing my hair I just put it up in a messy bun.

Once I get to the lobby I walk over to the reception desk so they can call me a taxi.

“Your driver should be here in about 5 minutes” I lady over the counter informed me

“Okay thank you” I replied and then made my way over to the couches that were placed in the lobby.

“Hello” I young girl said to me, she looked to be around twelve or thirteen “Hello love” I replied to her, I know she is a fan of the boys because she has a one direction wristband on. I love talking to the boys’ fans but I feel so ill at the moment and aren’t really in the mood to talk to anyone.

“Is Zayn nice?” the young girl asked me, I couldn’t help but be a little taken back by this question, it really made me think. Zayn is a wonderful guy and super sweet but I don’t know what has gotten into him lately but he has been.. Different.

He hasn’t really been interested in me, heck if he was interested in me he would be with me now instead of out socializing. He wouldn’t of- “Um, Hello?” the young girl interrupted my thoughts.

“Oh sorry, Zayn is, zayn is very nice” I replied to the girl bluntly. “I can imagine” she said sweetly “Yeah, now if you will excuse me..” I said rudely and then got up and walked outside and climbed into the taxi.

As soon as my taxi drove away I felt sorry for the young girl, I was so rude to her for no reason at all. Why am I getting these mood swings? “Stop, go back please, I need to say sorry” I say in tears to the taxi driver. Why am I crying?

“Sorry ma’am I can’t, I am on a dead line” he said and I sunk back down into my seat and wiped away the tears from my eyes.

I stayed silent the rest of the short ride to the doctors, once we reached our destination the driver pulled up out the front of the entrance and I paid the money I owed him and then got out.

I have a headache from crying, I don’t get why I was crying, I understand I was way to rude than necessary to the girl but I wouldn’t usually cry over things like that.

I walked to the front desk and I was greeted by a lady just older than me “Hi how can I help you?” she asked me politely “Hello, I was just wondering if I could talk to a doctor about my continuing sickness?” I said “Yeah sure, Dr. Salts can see you shortly you can take a seat and he will call you when he is ready for you” she said.

I walked over to the waiting room and took a seat. I picked up a magazine off of the table and started examining the front cover.

‘One Direction’s Zayn Malik smitten over Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards’ Umm what? ‘see page 35’  I flicked through the pages and found page 35 and began to read the article.

Zayn Malik (20) has a crush on Perrie Edwards (20) 

The One Direction band member has been infatuated with the Little Mix beauty since she stared on the UK X Factor in 2011, ‘He sends her cute little text messages all the time, she says she doesn’t like him in any other way than a friend but we all see the way she gets excited when he calls or texts’ our secret source tells us.

Malik and Edwards have had open conversations on Twitter about how they miss each other while he has been in Australia, coincidently the Little Mix girls touched down in Australia two days ago. Some fans of the One Direction boys have been sending Zayn some tweets asking why he is talking to Perrie that way whist he is in a relationship with Lauren Davies (19) and others have been tweeting Perrie telling her to back off Laurens man before she ruins their relationship whist others haven’t even noticed.

Laurens fans call themselves ‘Lozzads’ pronounced Loz-za-d’s and will not put up with Perrie trying to take her man but Little Mix fans ‘Mixers’ are fighting back saying Zayn is the one who started the blooming romance between Perrie and him.

‘I think Zayn and Pez would be the cutest couple out’ Little Mix band mate Jesy claims. Who knows what’s going to happen to Lauren and Zayn, Is Perrie driving a wedge through the couple or are they staying strong?

Are you fucking serious? Of course this all makes sense, Zayn isn’t with me right now because they went to meet up with Little Mix, that asshole blew me off to meet up with Perrie fucking Edwards. I haven’t been on twitter for ages because of the hate so I haven’t seen all of the tweets. I find it sweet that I have a fanbase and they have a cute name for it but I am way to pissed off the think about that right now.

“Lauren Davies?” the doctor said as I look up I saw a older man holding a clip board looking around the waiting room “Yes, that’s me” I said as I stood up with the magazine still In my hand, I am taking this with me.

“This way” The doctor directed me to his office. “Take a seat Lauren” Dr. Salts said and I did exactly that. “So what seems to be the problem?” He said me. “Well i have been sick for 3 days now I mainly throw up in the mornings but I have stomach pains most of the day aswel, I thought it was something I ate but it would be out of my system by now with the amount of throwing up I have done lately” I explained with a little laugh towards the end

“Right okay let’s start with a urine sample and then we will go from there” The doctor said as he handed me a little cup with a lid to pee in. “You can use the bathroom down the hall” he said as I got up and walked out. I would much rather a female doctor but this is the best I can get.

I find the bathroom and walk in. I half fill the small cup with the needed urine, wash my hands and then make my way back to the doctor’s room.

“Here you are” I said awkwardly as I gave the doctor the urine sample. “Thanks, just take a seat this shouldn’t take long” Dr. Salts said to me as he took the sample over to a small bench to start his test.

“Oh, okay, Mmm I see” Dr. Salts said and I started to worry. “Okay Lauren could I get you to lay down on the bed over there?” he asked “Yeah sure” I got up and laid myself down on the bed.

“Can you please lift up your shirt until the bottom on your bra please?” he asked and I obeyed

He started feeling my lower stomach and within 30 seconds he said I could sit back up “Okay Lauren I know what’s going on with you” the doctor said and I got a rush of butterflies.

“Your Pregnant”
