Bay's point of view
I had gone home and at seeing as there were no vehicles I told them to start driving to the ocean in hopes that they went there. Aiden looked rather annoyed while Chloe was passed out. Rose looked bored out of her mind. We stopped at a red light making me turn up the music louder. 11 blocks Wrabel played loudly, making me start singing loudly to it.
No one else joined, they just looked at me before Aiden turned down the music making me not try to lighten the mood any more. Aiden had stopped bleeding soon after leaving the zoo since we heal so quickly. Another gift of being a mermaid.
We arrived at the beach within minutes after the stop light incident. We parked the car quickly before leaving it for someone to tow away later. We began walking to the water. I watched as little kids played with the sand. Making sand "castles". Their parents either watching them like a hawk or taking a nap, earning a tan as they do. When we reached the water's edge we all looked at each other before jumping into a deeper part of the ocean, so we weren't stuck on the sand. When I popped my head up to make sure everyone was in the water.
I saw little kids pointing to the water as they seeked their parent's attention. They pointed in our general direction. Some parents had shocked faces. Maybe they seen our tails? I didn't wait any further before sinking to the bottom of the ocean to catch up with the group. We swam in silence, all of us wanting our families back.
